She wasn't a good representation of Torrid clothing - rather, she looked like she was wearing 2nd hand or discount store clothing. “It's Banana Republic which is owned by the Gap. So it is what it is considering it's a huge chain. The clothing itself is probably made as cheaply as possible and I've had a couple issues with stitching coming undone on shirts, but they always fix things and the staff is always super friendly about helping you try things on, even if you just want to browse.”
