This is a community of people from all stages of life and yoga experience. We work hard. We support each other. We laugh and sometimes cry, all without judgement, ever. Judgement and shoes are left at the door!

I've been coming to Yoga in the CENTER weekly for 4 years. I like that it is a small family-owned, women-run business. it's a professionally run studio, with excellent instructors who take great care to provide safe, individual instruction. The community is warm and welcoming for all different skill levels and ages. Sunday morning gentle yoga is my favorite self- care of the week.

Very warm and inviting, feels like home. Yoga is tought in a way that makes sense. My body pain has almost completely gone away. I used to have major back pain. The somatic classes are gold! I recommend private somatic work with Carrie the owner. I went to a kettle bell yoga class on Sunday and it was great, super challenging yet doable. Check these wonderful people out!

I just started going here and I love the place already. I think I might make it my yoga home. I went to a class with Leslie Robbins last night and found her to be Amazing. So, I highly recommend this place...also I did not know The Mill Creek Town Center was so awesome!! I could spend an entire day there. I lived in LA for a long time so I'm not easily impressed, but there are so many shops there that are actually cool as heck.

Great yoga studio community. Pros: * Great instructors who are mindful of students' bodies and wishes for their practice. They usually ask for areas to avoid or focus on. They offer modifications as well. * Big open space for the main yoga studio. They can control the temp so it is usually warm but not toasty. They can also make it chilly for the hotter and more challenging flows. * Lots of locker space * Great options for classes and lots of class slots to accommodate my crazy schedule Cons: * This place was so hard to find! It's located next to Vanity Lash Lounge on the second floor. * Parking in the town center is always a nightmare. * Don't be late. They do shut the doors! This can be a pro for those who don't want to be disturbed during their yoga practice, but a con if you are late. I have been coming here since 2016! I don't go as often but I do for their vinyasa classes because it is always a good workout!

I've been doing yoga for about 20 years and have worked with multiple studios in Seattle. They all request that students arrive early but in the event that a student is 5 or less minutes behind, I have never seen a staff member or yoga teacher turn a student away. Yoga in the Center however has a very strict on time policy apparently because they turned myself and another student away. I crossed paths with another student on my way to a prenatal class and was informed that they wouldn't let me in. I went upstairs to the studio anyways and the lady that answered the door didn't even greet me all she said was, "the class is closed." Obviously I already knew that at that point and she was making an assumption I was not already aware. I told her I understood but that at this point I wanted to reschedule the class because I prepaid for it. She responded saying that they hadn't charged me yet because I wasn't taking the class. I told her I'd already received a receipt and then she clarified that I would have a credit that I could use for another class. A credit would be fine under normal circumstances but if the prenatal class is only offered two days a week and one of the two days doesn't work and I am close to my due date, then that policy is a bit stringent. The manner in which she was speaking was also very unfriendly and unwelcoming with a condescending tone said, "Coming 5 mins before is best ." The reality is, she doesn't know what the circumstances were which caused me and the other lady to be about 5mins behind. We are late in our 3rd trimester, have families, dealing with pregnancy is hard enough, have a little grace, compassion, flexibility and kindness in your arrival time policy and well as credits or refunds. As much as I wish my world revolved around yoga, it doesn't.

My husband and I have been taking advantage of the amazing 18 days for $18 deal. What a great way to allow us figure out which classes best suit us without breaking the bank! The teachers have all been wonderful and the smaller class sizes create a comfortable atmosphere. Love it here!

I absolutely love this studio! I have been going here for almost 3 years. It has a warm welcoming vibe and extremely knowledgeable instructors! Depending on how I feel that day I can choose from some challenging vinyasa to healing somatic restorative! I really love the yin and somatic classes for releasing built up stress and tension. It is a great place to connect and recharge!

My new favorite yoga place. Great community, wonderful space, kind teachers. Can be crowded at the parking lot for popular hours, but it's a great place to go to, so I understand the situation:)
