I cannot say enough good things about this place! I grew up with a pixie cut and never have really tried anything else - well - I grew my hair out over a year or so and I just really hated how it looked and felt. When I couldn't stand it anymore (ha!) I called this salon because they popped up on my search. Amy got me right in and is such a pro! I couldn't be happier with my results! She gave me my pixie back, but it's really elevated. She is an artist. I highly recommend! Also, the prices are so good too!

I have been pleased with haircuts from Annie but am unhappy with my color. I asked for balayage and showed a photo but It did not go well at all. I am upset and frustrated. It was $320 with tip and she refunded me $100. I should’ve asked for a full refund. My color is a mess. Also, the hair around my face was damaged. I have an appointment to get a color correction at another salon (an additional $125) later this week. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Vivi Salon. Annie and Holly are very welcoming and kind and I wish them the best. Thank you.

Do not recommend this place for men’s haircut. Spent 7-8 mins and trimmed my hair so unevenly that I had to go to another salon to get it even.

Annie is the rudest human I have ever met.
The second I sat in the chair she aggressively grabbed a ball of my hair and said it was damaged, my hair is 2b and TEXTURED, any professional hairstylist should know what textured hair is. And if you make a comment on “damaged” hair, why blow dry it with a hot blow dryer pin straight then run a scorching hot flattener through it twice? On top of that she RIPPED the tangles out of my hair with the brush while smacking my head with it, and kept scratching me with her nails and the comb, I still have a mark on my forehead from her. She was constantly taking phone calls while cutting my hair, chopped a piece off then walked away to the front desk multiple times. I was so anxious and just wanted to get out of there that I didn’t notice how choppy and uneven/short my hair was till I got home, I have been growing my hair out for two years from chin length.
She has ruined my hair, I am so sad I’m literally crying I don’t even know what to do.. I will never come back nor will I ever trust any salon ever again. Right before an important trip too, thanks Annie.

Very good, fast and affordable men’s haircut! The stylist Annie was wonderful and did an excellent job, she is clearly very experienced and talented. Friendly staff, definitely recommend!

This is the haircut I've been wanting for YEARS and no one else has been able to handle my super thick hair. Today was my first visit to Vivi Salon, and many more will come. There was so much hair on the floor, but I still got to keep the length. This is the perfect haircut for me and i'm so happy! Long layers, keep the length, face framing layers / curtain bangs. Lots of dimension.

Vi vi salon is my go to place for anything I want to do with my hair. Annie does an amazing job, and her assistant does too. She is very kind and generous, giving her clients a treat every time. I always come out happy and relaxed from this salon. I highly recommend this place for hair color and style.

I have been getting my haircut by Amy for over 3 years. I have tried other stylists before that, but didn’t get the consistency. Coming from south-east Asian region, not everyone gets my hair texture right. Amy knows how to style that type of hair. She cuts very fast ( usually takes 15/20 mins) and most importantly doesn’t break bank.

Horrible haircut. Just wanted a clean up while maintaining hair length over the ears. Somehow I ended up with an undercut. Hair on the sides and back are so short and the long hairs on top just flop over, it looks so bad. Been growing it out for a while, now I'm back to square one. Thanks.

Love this place! They know how to cut hair of all kinds. I’m so picky about symmetry and they do it right! So happy! Been coming here for 2 years now.
