We came in to move our service *back* to Verizon after 6 weeks with a cheaper carrier.
Randy was the hero who helped us.
In changing back, we ran into a few problematic issues, but Randy came to the rescue. Getting everything sorted out took at least an hour, but Randy patiently persevered and worked to address each issue until we were fully satisfied.
Randy is BEYOND FABULOUS.

I have been a Verizon customer forever, and by far my best experiences with Verizon have been with Jermani at the Mill Creek store. Jermani is fantastic! Last fall he helped me get my new phone set up and working and today he helped me with a fraud issue in real time. Both times Jermani has been friendly and professional and he worked through both issues with patience and skill. Let’s face it, dealing with phone issues can be painful, but thanks to Jermani I am a very happy customer.

They are scammers and fraud, even whenever tried to call the customer service they don’t care about the customers problem moreover the supervisor above them misleading, scammers and ripping off people.

We left Verizon cause of service outages, rising costs and all the things. We paid a questionable bill we got from Verizon just to be done with them. Months later they issued us a credit but with the only choice being a pre-paid debit card. After months go by we finally get the card but was expired. If Verizon is reading this, know that we are NEVER coming back! Enjoy your free 77 dollars from people who worked hard for it. 1000 BOOOOO's!!!!!
