Even though they were fully booked she did her best to get the car looked at and repaired quickly! She called with status updates and honest advice”

“I recently bought tires from another big tire place for my 2010 Toyota Highlander. There was a strong vibration around 60mph and up, so I took it back so they could troubleshoot the problem. They re-balanced the tires, but the vibration was still there. So back again to the tire place, same result. Then I took it to Discount Tire in Shoreline. They performed a "road force" balancing and found all four tires were out of balance. They made the adjustments in less than an hour, and free of charge (remember, I bought the tires from another tire place). Took it for a test drive and the vibration was totally gone, a smooth drive at any speed. Discount knows tires, they're the experts.”

“Used this shop a few times for tire repairs over the years and they are the best option I've come across. Always friendly, fast, and very reasonably priced. This time I had a brand new car so silly me I tried going by the dealership I just spent a huge amount of money at to help me with a tire repair. What was I thinking, I know. They made me wait 2 hours then told me it's not repairable and quoted me $400. I drove over here and they had the tire fixed in less than 15 minutes. I wish dealerships weren't as price gouging and misleading as they are but at least places like this exist to help!”

“Jesus (employee at Mill Creek Les Schwab) is a righteous dude! After having my concerns completely and rudely dismissed at the Snohomish Les Schwab, my experience with Jesus at the Mill Creek Les Schwab was excellent. Jesus took the time to do a drive with me and hear the tire noise I was concerned about, he evaluated the tires and wheel bearing, rotated the tires and did a second drive with me to confirm that the issue was a tire with tread cupping. He then gave me some options, including do nothing because the tire was sound (albeit noisy). Thank you Jesus.”
