My mom's car was in an accident, first time and she called and left a message on a business day and never got a call back. How awful! I have State Farm in another state and our agent always responds or one of his team members does. If things don't go well I'll be telling her to find a new agent.

It takes a lot to push my buttons, so you can only imagine how upset I was to back trace this number, go to his page, and leave a negative review after getting home from a long day at work... David called me regarding a quote. I advised I was busy at work, then he proceeded to ask what I did for work, who was my employer, what I was doing, then he tried to ask what exactly I was doing because he didn't understand. I was in the middle of something, and he just kept asking questions unrelated to insurance and then sounded condescending because apparently my work didn't fit my title. I am under no obligation to provide that information, and he just kept repeatedly asking questions rather than apologized and asked if there is another convenient time to chat. Lost my business for sure. No basic manners. Just aggressive sales tactics and thinks hes trying to build a rapport but ended up pissing me off instead.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The phone is never picked up unless you call about 7 times. Like another review stated you cannot trust a word this Agent says. They do not care about their customers nor do they listen to what you say.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Very unhelpful branch that requires you to fend for yourself with other insurance companies. Never offered to help handle claims and couldn't even help disposition wrongful claims that should never have been opened. Not sure what it is they even do. Happy to have moved to a new insurance company.

Kirt contacted me after I inquired in Everquote (I think that is what it was) and offered me the same coverage for $87/month versus $208/month. I am happy!

Daivid strasser is extremely dishonest don't trust anything he claims to, changes quotes and had me cancel my other insurance because he claimed to save me money, when discussing the matter he was very smerky, he looks like he takes pride in making money instead of being honest, don't talk with him, please look into your insurance before you trust David!!!!!!!!
