My mom's car was in an accident, first time and she called and left a message on a business day and never got a call back. How awful! I have State Farm in another state and our agent always responds or one of his team members does. If things don't go well I'll be telling her to find a new agent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The phone is never picked up unless you call about 7 times. Like another review stated you cannot trust a word this Agent says. They do not care about their customers nor do they listen to what you say.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Very unhelpful branch that requires you to fend for yourself with other insurance companies. Never offered to help handle claims and couldn't even help disposition wrongful claims that should never have been opened. Not sure what it is they even do.
