Arrived during the last 30 minutes of business. The hair stylist rushed me, and kept asking me to slouch in my chair because I was too tall and they were too short. During the part where they wash your hair after cutting it, they again asked that I slouch and they were rushed and sort of aggressive. (Afterwards I had water in my right ear for a couple weeks and it was uncomfortable. Thankfully nothing came of it.)
Then I had the pleasure of paying $31. I will not be returning to this Sports Clips anytime soon.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING MY SON TO A SPORTS CLIPS! The Asian lady couldn’t follow our very detailed explanation of what my son wanted. He has the very popular curly longer top hair and she had no idea how to cut it and couldn’t follow directions. He wanted a trim off the front length and she took over an inch off and he is so embarrassed and plans to wear a hat for the next month. Not fun in summer. I can’t blame him, it looks pretty bad. Praying it grows back enough by the first day of school. They DO NOT know how to cut popular teenager hair styles. If you can’t understand them perfectly, they can’t understand you! Lesson learned.

I showed Tina a picture of exactly what I wanted as my haircut and she made my hair look very bad and nothing like the photo. I will never be coming back to her for a cut.

No bad haircut, But definitely they don’t honor the online booking. Booked through the app said to wait 45 mins. After 30 mins I drive there and do a store check in and the screen says I’m next in line. The hairstylist says I’m taking him because he was waiting 60 mins here, and the I could wait for next available stylist because I just came in to store. Good to know how they treat responsible people and reward mediocrity.

First time to this location. Customer service is not a concern. I signed in on line, showed up early, and then a manager or someone came in, skipped the line and I left with our a haircut 20 minutes after their online system said mine should have started. I will be going elsewhere going forward.

NEVER AGAIN, Tina in particular is very rude and doesn’t listen. She gave me four bald spots on the back of my head, didn’t show me at all I had to find out at home. Rushed and very uncomfortable haircut. PLEASE find somewhere else to get your haircut PLEASE for the love of God.

Very bad experience …arrived 15 mins before closing and they said closed. Never trust what they show on their website and strongly not recommended

Asked for a quick haircut before work and it ended up taking less time than expected. Hue was lovely to talk to and I even got my hair rinsed out for free. Great experience!

First time coming to this sports clips and i absolutely loved it. Everyone was so friendly and Tina was absolutely amazing, i highly recommend her to cut your hair or your family’s hair super clean and attentive. Normally I feel very uncomfortable in salons but these wonderful people made us feel very comfortable!!

I have been going to SportClips in Mill Creek for around 5 years now. The check in process is very convenient and sometime I can get in to see Tina in short notice. She knows what I want and I always walk away looking sharp. Thanks Tina!

I've never felt more depressed than on the days i get my hair cut. Luckily, i wasn't totally screwed over, as after a week my hair looked exactly how i wanted it to, but thats probably just luck.

Had a decent experience.
The person who did the haircut had difficulty in understanding me. But the hair cut came out well. So no complaints there.
