Friendly, awesome staff. Saw both owners today and they were welcoming and created a positive environment. The remodel is looking fantastic, and things seem to be settling down. Very clean store!

I love this store. I love catching up with Scott the owner. I loved the store Maskot and my little buddy ? Bi Ho. He was always thrilled to see me.Bi Ho, the store Maskot and the "Goodest Boy Ever," got very sick ? ? and died. I'm devastated. It hurts like losing my own pet.

Doesn't exchange defective disposable vapes. I bought one on my lunch break, and came back the next morning as they were closed when I was off work.

These guys in here are GREAT!! They always remember what I want there and just ALWAYS super friendly when I come in!! I feel they are just a little more expensive then some of the other stores in the area BUT worth it for friendliness and quality products. Thank you guys and keep it up!! ;)

I came inside and the gentleman is extremely rude kicked me out of his store for asking questions about a vape told him I knew another store that was cheaper he told me that I was rude and that I needed to leave which I wasn't being rude at all

Willing to update review after speaking with owner, I spend over $100 every time I go in, I buy puff bars, tangerine ice 2 at minimum 30 bucks, them plus vape kits n juices I spend good here only place I buy from since I moved to Everett, well 1 puff bar was bad out of the countless he is unreasonable I'll shop elsewhere, update owner is awesome n fixed the issue HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Walked in to buy some butane for a torch. First thing I saw was the person working on their phone the whole time until I got their attention. Then I go to buy butane and all fine there. I go to put it into my torch and lone behold it doesn't work.DO NOT BUY THE SoDoEx butane.UPDATE, owner was in today 6/6/2020 and exchanged the butane for regular torch butane. Still wish it could have been right the first time. But other than that still a good store for glass and vape products.
