I used the coupon to save on a big set of Staedtler colored pencils (cheaper anywhere w/ the savings).The staff were friendly and helpful, the retail floor felt nice to shop and browse for stuff.Would be back!”

“I have only been here twice (2023), and I don't know if there have been staffing changes since the other reviews here, but my experience has been completely opposite of the 1-star reviews I'm seeing. In both of my visits the staff (family operation?) were not just good, but exemplary. It was the kind of friendly service you wish you'd receive from every employee of every business. I walked out of their store with a feeling of "I want to do all my shipping here, to support their business" because I was that impressed by them.”

“I had a great experience here recently.I was frantically looking for a business that could take some passport photos for my family. I visited 5 larger businesses in the neighborhood that lacked the staffing or working camera to help me with photos. UPS to the rescue. No only did the store have a working camera and an adequately staffed store, they also provided great service to me and the 5 other customers that walked in while my pictures were being taken.I'll be coming here more often.”

“I use this location frequently and dont understand why it has bad reviews. It can get pretty busy during peak hours but there is a self service machine in the lobby that is super quick and easy to use. Overall, clean location, upfront parking available, and every time I had to ask customer service employees for a question they were very polite and well trained.”
“The printing department is so efficient and creative. They check and double check to make sure that the finished product is just what you want. Mya was friendly and extremely helpful. She was totally skilled with printing my rather unique job. Especially at this busy time of year, it is so gratifying to have Staples solve problems and be so calm. They do an amazing job of meeting deadlines for the customers! Thank you, Mya, in the printing department.”
