So I called on Friday for a prescription that was sent to cvs in error. They were busy and said they would request on Saturday. So Saturday pickup not there. Sunday not there. So I called and they said cvs had not responded but they would check. I called cvs was never requested. My called today from my phone. On hold 24 minutes so I called from my husbands phone and got thru right away. The lady I talked to was so rude. Would not listen. Said just received from cvs would be ready 30 minutes. I stayed on hold on my phone 32 minutes she would not say why the other line answered quickly and me wait. And if I had no more to ask she was done asked her name she hung up. That’s my gripe. I know your busy but rudeness does Help.

Pharmacy staff is rude and pharmacist isn’t knowledgeable. You would think the people working for a pharmacy would have compassion but clearly the people working here missed that part of their training.Their hours are great, their attitudes and knowledge are not.

I went to the doctor this morning at 9am to get a prescription and at that time the doctor said it might be an hour before we could pick it up and they needed some time to prepare it. It was 6pm when we went over there and then told us to come back in an hour to pick it up with a very impatient attitude. An hour went by and we left our phone number but I still haven't gotten a call that the medicine is ready. I will never go to this rite aid again, what a waste of my time and health. I need to take my meds on time. This is a joke on my health.

The wait line’s always long with only one staff at the desk. Still, I waited to get my prescription only to be told that the prescription is unavailable with a jickering smile on Saja’s face :) Thanks for not preparing the prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday. If I was going to wait additional 45 minutes, why did I bothering ordering them 2 days ago? I’m never entrusting my prescription here.

Extremely disappointed in the pharmacy. They were disorganized with receiving orders, the estimate to fill the order was two hours and when returning they did not provide an estimate and said they would call to fill an easy prescription. One of the techs was visibly frustrated throwing a tray when I asked the clerk how long it would be. I would recommend finding a different pharmacy in mill creek.

Update 11-10-23: Below you can see the reply i got. I decided to actually call as they requested (not just to me, but same reply to all negative comments) and this, added to the hours of wasted time trying to get my prescription, was nothing more then another huge waste of time. If you leave a negative comment, do not waste your time calling them as they suggest. Cust. Care doesnt listen nor do they help. Just go to a new pharmacy.The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Rude. Impatient. Incompetent. No clue what they're doing. Always give this place 45 minutes longer than we're told to pick up because they have no clue what they are doing. Today gave them almost 50 minutes past when I was told to get my medicine. 14 people in line 22 minute wait, and the women who barely spoke English said 35 minutes more. It seems they, being a pharmacy, have no clue the position they put people in. Never again will I or anyone I speak to go here again. Well, at least I'll try to convince others to stay away. You've been warned. Lacking in all areas a pharmacy should not lack in.

Good lord. People in this area are so screwed when it comes to pharmacies. Either the Walgreens that’s never open or the Rite-Aid experience. The pharmacy here and staff are fine. It’s the corporate app and policies that are useless. Every time I fill a prescription, I have to manually do it in the app. Why? Rite-Aid auto fills right when your prescription runs out, never earlier. So, pad a day or two for Rite-Aid to fill the prescription, and a day or two for you to get over there, you’ll always be out.

It is a standard Right Aid but at This location I've noticed that over half their shelves are sparsely stocked. In general, Rite Aid store Prices are Higher than similar types of store chains.

Good employees but usually long lines and slow machines and if I wanted to steal something I would have snuck it in my pocket not ring myself up( motion sickness pills and water at that) in self check out and walk out for attention. $10 jesus. Guess I gotta focus and not talk be slightly distracted or just not shop at all....

This pharmacy seems to be declining fast. There’s always huge backups in the drive-thru, long lines in store, and when you call, you wait on hold for a substantial amount of time. The other day I called to see if my prescription was ready and she hung up on me. When I called back and asked why she hung up on me, she apologized and hung up on me again, intentionally. Ya’ll need to stop making excuses and hire the appropriate amount of personnel. You’re manipulating the system by blaming short staffing on Covid when you don’t have a job advertisement up anywhere.

Every time I call they put me on hold without even asking for permission. Can't fill some of my medications due to shortage they say. I had no issues with QFC with the same medications.

Sent my friend at 11:15PM for a semi emergent situation after looking for any open store that may have the product I need and choosing Rite Aid because google stated y’all are open until midnight! Drove all the way there just to be highly highly upset. Kindly keep your hours of operation up to date so people do not have the experience we did.

Although I was need help to get a medicine for my sick child and I didn’t find what I was looking for, so I have asked someone from the staff to just help me to find the medicine on the right shelve but I surprised when he told me that he has to lock the door right now because his work is done for today. It was literally awful experience at this store. Not enough knowledgeable, no proficiency like supposed to be with the customers. It was today evening and I wouldn’t never put my foot down there any more.

The prescribed urgent medicine was scheduled and confirmed for pickup next day, however, when coming for pickup the pharmacist non-friendly responded that this medicine is not available at all. When referring to talk with their employee a day ago, the answer was like I was not in this conversation. That is a medicine which was really required urgently! Very aggressive and non-pollite conversation.
