My local Rite-Aid is a disaster. The pharmacy is always slow and the majority of employees act like they hate their job. Prescriptions are rarely ready on time and the store itself looks like it’s going out of business. Almost every aisle is empty of product and never in stock. I took photos of numerous aisles to show how desolate of product the store is. Either this location is going out of business or Rite-Aid corporate just does not care.

Not a great store.
Most of the products are not available or are expired . No staff to help either.
The pharmacy made us wait for 30 mins even after we had a scheduled appointment for covid vaccine.
Hope they improve this!!

I love getting the hassle free, friendly, efficient service from the pharmacy staff John is super helpful and always takes care of me great service every time!!

I have been taken for a fool and kept coming to get my insulin to find out that firstly on the 15th of June it had been sold and paid for, when I came back again they told me there's been a system glitch and I would have it ready the next day. Today it is drug shortage they are experiencing and I would only be getting it next week. Why did you do it when the month is over? Now instead of four bikes I am getting two!!!! June's supply of a drug my wellbeing depends on is out because of the pharmacy's negligence and indifference. Customer service skills need reevaluation. "It's life" is not what you tell an upset client, you at least introduce some apologies. I could have transferred the prescription to a pharmacy where the insulin is stocked.

Updated - they (pharmacy manager) did work with me on a solution for this problem. I have used this pharmacy for many years, and today had the worst experience. I went to pick up a prescription only to be told that I had already picked it up the same day as another one. No, I did not, I drove home to get my receipt to show them that only one had been dispensed that day. Then, they continued to change the "supposed date" I had picked up the missing one, even going so far as to tell me a date at which I would NOT have been allowed to refill it according to insurance guidelines. There's nothing illicit about this medication, it's just a routine one I need. I have no idea what they did with it, but they did not dispense it to me. Apart from the hassle, I now have to go through to contact my MD and insurance company, the pharmacist and associate were incredibly rude. It is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had anywhere in any type of business.

As someone that use to work at this store. It saddens me to see the state of it currently. The shelves are barren and some products are way past the expiration date. The freight sits in the back room not being put out by order of a terrible district leader and a new store manger that is not equipped to deal with this store.

Pharmacist was super rude to me. I was waiting in the drive through for about 3 minutes before I rung the bell because I wasn’t sure if anyone saw me. The attendant working made super exasperated gestures like I was inconveniencing her by ringing the bell. A few minutes later when she came to the mic she yelled at me for interrupting her because she “can’t help two people at once” I said I wasn’t sure if she saw me and she proceeded to act exasperated and tell me she sees everything. Super upsetting experience.
On top of this experience which made me feel compelled to say something my family has experienced insulin shortages that the pharmacy seemed very annoyed with try to help with. They had to be prompted to call other locations to see if they had any in stock. Insulin is not something you can just go without!
Would not recommend, will be changing pharmacies!

I’ve been coming here for 6 months. Pharmacy is always ridiculously busy/understaffed. Shelves are half empty at best. Slowest pharmacy experience I’ve ever had

EXTREMELY rude pharmacy staff. Have been hung up on multiple times and get attitude almost every single time I have to interact with them. Would give zero stars if I could. Disgusting behavior.

First, they have terrible customer service. They never answer they phone and when they do they hang up consistently.
Snappy with customers. Drive through closed in the evenings with no notice. Not great for patients with limited mobility or other issues.
Just really not sure what has happened in the last few months.

Over the last 6 months customer service has deteriorated to the point where folks should look elsewhere for their pharmaceutical needs. Simple refills take days, or you are having to go elsewhere to get a refill. Manager does not care about the quality of service. Have been customers for 20+ years and now will look elsewhere.
