Overall a good grocery store except for a shop assistant at the checkout being rac*st. The shop assistant was a tall, white lady at her 50-60's. She was being friendly with the previous guest but when it was my turn, she raised her voice and started being impatient. I was trying to communicate nicely like providing my membership card, but she wasn't very willing to respond.I have never met this shop assistant, and I know what's it like of being discriminated. And yes, we can sense the nuance in your attitude when you are being rac*st.

Horrendous staffing issues resulting in unacceptable shortage of employees to open one single regular checkout lane, 2 days in a row. Management should be on site to provide basic customer service. Will not shop here again for awhile. What's going on??

Store is clean I stood at deli counter at 630 pm waiting to get some thin sliced roast beef for about 5 mins listening to the PA ask for assistance in the liquor department. Got tired of listening with no roast beef so I left. Went to the Freddy's at the top of the hill. You guys suck won't be back There we're no less than 7 people standing there

Normally the service and product selection is great. I shop here off and on. It's nice to have this store as an option when I'm no able to go to a large local grocery store chain. Sadly the older checker woman with long grey salt and pepper hair did not approve of my return last night. I don't believe she was very helpful or displayed a good customer service attitude. The nice Asian checker (he did a great job on my first purchase) said "oh yeah he just bought that", and smiled and laughed in a very kind way. He seemed to approve of my request for an item exchange. Instead my checker was rude and judgmental. She criticized my return "that's expensive" and "what's wrong with it?" And said "oh now we have to throw it out!". The tone of her voice really made me feel shamed and I got the feeling of "how dare you return a product, that's wasteful!". I said I got the wrong item accidentally and apologized, then I exchanged the item for the correct item. I've returned items maybe twice in the last six years.. but I felt accused by her and like I was a hassle and wasting food. She processed the return and said I had to sign my name and phone number and said she would get fired if she didn't have me sign with my name and phone number. I signed and said thank you for your flexibility. It seems very strange I had to sign anything to return a product?I left with my new exchanged items, but I really felt like I was under a microscope and shamed by her. This behavior reminds me of Great Depression era food shortage behavior. "SAvE evEry ScRap!!!" I'm sorry, It's not 1929 and the USA isn't starving and unemployed. Last time I checked you never criticize a customer for returning items (the customer is always right), and good customer service means a checker should make the return product experience as good as a purchasing experience.I didn't bother with a receipt for the return (I had one for the initial purchase which I used), but I'll be trying to avoid using this checker in the future.

Pack your patience when getting a vaccine with an appt form the pharmacy. They are overworked and it shows. You will feel their wrath.

Worst QFC ever...a bunch of kids that works there and doesn't know what to do...there was a dog toy I was trying to purchase with one of those kids watching the self check out and there was no tag so I asked if this was a toy that existed in this store and she had no idea what brand wAs it so she said she could give it to me for $2 and I was like how do you know if your store Carrie's this abd could be someone else's and she asked some young boy to check if we had it and i waited 15 min too long to check out when I should've already been done and needed to rush back to work and then she kept ignoring me then the boy came back and said he didn't know what it is but just charge me $5.99 and I was like wait so you both don't know what it is but now you want to charge me more for an unknown item so I said dude duck that toy then, this QFC will take your money for anything even if they don't sell it in their store so beware for unknown items that shouldn't be there and you'll get charged for it with no tag

This is a really nice store, it is well laid out with lots of nice food options and friendly helpful staff. One big dealbreaker though that usually causes me to pass it by in favor of another store...They don't offer paper bags as an option so rather that one or two paper bags that would allow me to drive home with everything intact, there are 6 or 7 plastic bags, some of them doubled, rolling around with the contents going all over my car or in my trunk. Hate it when that happens.

This is the perfect store. Clean friendly and easy to maneuver. Nice variety of merchandise staff always willing to help Shout out to the produce gentleman, Asian I believe, he gave some great tips on how to prepare a medley of vegetables. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Sue at checkout, always a smile and extremely helpful. She is a true gem and a leader in customer service. I love this stew. Just the right size friendly and great value

The furthest on the left single serving alcohol refrigerator is barely colder than room temp. Should be serviced or replaced.

Went to the meat department this morning looking for prime rib and initially couldn't find any. I asked one of two employees there if they had any. Both employees were labeling and stocking in that department while they were chit chatting with each other. I got the half hand wave/pointing in the direction of where they were with a "they're next to the flat iron steak." I couldn't see them as the other employee was standing right in front of the only 2 remaining. I felt like a bother. Not helpful. Not friendly. Not ever going back.

I echo what most people say about this location I've been here a plethora of times without any major issues as it comes off as inviting and neighborly. With the well kept merchandise and approachable staff it's a very solid place.

This the favorite grocery store for three women shoppers in our family: 75, 54, and 24. The staff in every department is excellent: friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Produce is consistently high quality as are meat, fish and poultry. The floral department is lovely and Melinda (and others) in Pharmacy are wonderful. Apart from all of these kudos, it's a pleasure to shop here. It's not as massive as Fred's, not as high-end as Central and not as specialized as Sprouts. It's right in the middle and we all love it.

Andrea the floral manager is amazing! Her ability to take a dozen roses and turn it into a masterpiece blew my mind blown today. Please don't ever take away this department or this gem of an employee. She is the highlight of the store!

The customer service here is awesome, especially considering everything going on with COVID. My husband and I ordered off here on Instacart (which unlike this QFC deserves a zero star rating) and requested 3 bundles of firewood totaling ~21$. Since they were out of the firewood bundles, our instacart shopper decided to replace them with 3 packages of fireSTARTERS, not logs, costing 13$ EACH. This took our order from 67$ to 98$ which was insane and way more than we were willing to pay for the wrong product. My husband just took them right back to the QFC where they got them and as soon as he walked in with the 3 boxes of firestarters the cashier right away asked him if he wanted to return them and said she even ASKED the guy if he was sure that's what he wanted and explained that they weren't firewood and he said YES even though I specifically asked for the logs!! I so appreciate her understanding and trying to talk sense into that guy, as well as the wonderful manager Caspian who was able to refund us for the products. In the past I've struggled with instacart but from now on we will just stop by the QFC in person since it's clearly worth it for the service. We appreciate your hard work guys and will always be loyal shoppers!!
