We use Pro Player for ordering youth baseball jerseys and the team store for families to order team wear. We had some initial difficulty with responsiveness, but once our team got assigned to Brooklyn in customer service/order entry, we have had nothing but great service, good quality and excellent responsiveness. We love the look of the 3D hat embroidery. Now we are a repeat customer and would recommend Pro Player for jersey and team wear needs. The team store makes is easy for families and fans to order team wear in a variety of options.

This is my first year partnering with ProPlayer and I couldn’t ask for much more from a uniform and apparel supplier. They have several quality options to choose from that fit within pretty much all budgets. The available apparel items are nice quality and the shipping time was within expected. Most of all the customer service was fantastic.

ProPlayer is a fantastic company to work with! Ownership and staff take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. The quality of the items produced is high and always on point, exactly as requested. Orders are also processed quickly - even custom orders! Nic and Brooklyn are especially wonderful and accommodating!

My kids have been on several teams where ProPlayerTeam supplied gear for. I was blown away by the end products everything came in quickly and looked fantastic. On top of that the entire team was easy to deal with any changes or additions we needed they were able to get done and were very easy to communicate with. Will continue to use them on all future teams!

Ordered my son's soccer uniforms from ProPlayer and it was a great experience. Their customizable website was unbelievably easy to navigate and it allowed each family to pay for their kit as opposed to the coach collecting from everyone, which is always an annoying process. The uniform material was top notch, the customer service was great and best of all, the uniform kits arrived on time! I highly recommend this ProPlayer.

Don't know how this place stays in business. Nobody calls you back and nobody can provide sales people direct contact information. Really great at taking messages though.

We have been impressed with how committed ProPlayer Team is to their customers. Would echo similar sentiments from other reviews. We didn't have a great experience with a previous employee. And it's not easy to retain customers today - there are hundreds of other options to take our business to. But I'm really grateful we stayed with ProPlayer Team. Nick and Brooklyn stepped in, accepted responsibility, made us whole, and delivered on their commitments to outfit our team. We have been thrilled with the customer service, timeliness, design and quality of product - they've all been exceptional.

I started working with Reed in August of 2022. At first he was easy to work with and we created some great items together! I ordered a top and hat only for our 12 players. Reed dropped the ball on many occasions and I never received my order despite the many times he promised that had shipped. Long story short, the owner and I connected and Reed was let go. Nick took over my order and made EVERYTHING RIGHT! Today I received our custom hats after such a long wait and I am so incredibly happy with the results! We will continue our business with this company because the quality of the products are top-notch and running a business has its challenges. You can't predict what your employees will do. The important part of this story is that Nick stood by his companies core values and made sure his credibility wasn't defined by one employees mistakes! Thank you ProPlayer for all you do for your customers!

Super happy with the quality of uniforms and gear these guys produce. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. We had a jersey arrive with a misprint this season, and within a week they had sent us a replacement and some goodies. I highly recommend.

Received $15,000 worth of football uniforms from this company. My sales rep promised me $1,500 worth of coaching gear for my purchase. I never received the coaching gear. I have emailed customer service multiple times. At first, they made excuses such as supply issues, etc. Next, they stopped returning my emails. I have called multiple times and the same person tells me that they will send my complaint on. I've never received a call back resolving this situation. Really pathetic customer service. They basically are ignoring the situation. I guess a complaint with the BBB is the next step, but I'm not sure what that will accomplish. I'm sure they will just ignore them as well. Highly encourage not to do business with this company.
