I have only been here twice (2023), and I don't know if there have been staffing changes since the other reviews here, but my experience has been completely opposite of the 1-star reviews I'm seeing. In both of my visits the staff (family operation?) were not just good, but exemplary. It was the kind of friendly service you wish you'd receive from every employee of every business. I walked out of their store with a feeling of "I want to do all my shipping here, to support their business" because I was that impressed by them.

Do not recommend-employee left my passport/birth cert/passport app (with social security number) out, did not seal it in the package I purchased and didn't give me the opportunity to enclose my sensitive docs in a sealed package-employee didn't write please expedite according to passport office, even though that's where it was sent (which he knew needed to be written, he confirmed he knew that was necessary to write otherwise they wouldn't)-tracking number they gave me (which I had to call back for 2wks later) was for a regular shipment because it started with 94, I paid expedited which starts with 92, and I have pics of my receipt.-they put their address as the return address instead of mine initially and I don't know for sure if they ever actually changed that when I asked them to and wrote it on a piece of paperReally all in all just super unsafe, my info could've been easily compromised at multiple points in the whole thing, I didn't get what I paid for, and now my passport is taking substantially longer.It seemed great and simple in the moment but I felt dumb and ashamed for not going back and retrieving it all and waiting another couple days for the actual post office to be open again and just go on lunch, but it made me feel really uneasy about leaving papers out in the open in public which I hadn't really given to anyone before. Particularly with my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ON ONE OF THOSE DOCUMENTS WITH MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND PASSPORT. My info could've easily been stolen by anyone else that walked in and passed by the counter with it sitting out like that, because I also came back in a little bit later to ask to update the return address to mine instead of theirs and it still was sitting out.

Not a place i'd suggest dropping a package, regardless of carrier. Packages are just sitting on a table at the front of the store in little piles by carrier - i should have went somewhere else. Dropped saturday morning - still not into the fedex system "until after 8pm Monday" (when i called). Might be a good place to make a copy?

Our experience to drop off a package has been ruined by the very immature and rude customer service provided by the lady at the desk. As a customer facing person you should know how to talk to customers. We ended up going to other drop off locations. Never coming here again, save yourself time!

Never go here! She did not give me a receipt for the 2 packages I was returning and lost them or never returned them for me! The items were never received where they were supposed to go and this place cost us $240 in items that were lost! Horrible, rude service. Never again! Hoping people read these nasty reviews and choose to take their business elsewhere.

Don't use this place. I dropped off a package, took a picture of it since she said no receipt. She would not allow me to keep my package there because I took a picture. She said if you take a picture, you don't trust me, you can't use my services! Obviously there's issues at this place--Thanks for your reply days later. You are correct, you said no receipt and told me to put it on the table at the entrance for pick up 2 days later. I took out my phone to take a picture of the box and tracking numbers before I left. That's when you started yelling at my from the other side of the store. Again, obviously there's issues there if you can't take a picture of a package you drop off. The other customer there couldn't believe your attitude either. Per reviews seems yelling at customers is normal there

Never do I9 in this place. Lady in the store is absolutely rude and inconsiderate.Had horrible experience and she literally screamed at me.At one point I felt she is not going to return my passport and screw with my official records.Kept ranting and restless. Felt the hatred towards me for no reasons.I regret choosing this place.

They have worst customer service and have been racist the whole time. The lady is soo pathetic and rude. She has difficulty of hearing and just yelled yet me as if I wasn’t loud. Would never come back..They better change their attitude..

Don't use this place. I dropped off a package, took a picture of it since she said no receipt. She would not allow me to keep my package there because I took a picture. She said if you take a picture, you don't trust me, you can't use my services! Obviously there's issues at this place

Twice in a row I was up-charged for services that I either didn't want to receive or claimed that I received. I had originally called for a customizable box with no packaging. I was quoted a price and when I was rang out I was charged a much higher price because he assumed I wanted the box packaged. I agreed because I was selling something and decided it would be best to safely deliver the product.The second time I had a box customized again, and I was charged a very high price. He claimed it was expensive because of the boxes cost, "packing fees" and cost of labor. However, here's my issues with that:1. the box wasn't packed (he told me that I should go home and tape it up more, and then preceded to charge me for packing fees - isn't that what their service should include in the "packing" and cost of labor fee?)2. the box was poorly made3. boxes were used and wasn't created to the specifications that I had originally given.I'd stay away. He claimed "I'd be back because other services are more expensive," but I also think he charges "less" for lousy service and up-charges for services when not rendered or wanted.

Needed to ship internationally (for an emergency reason which was clearly expressed) and I was assured that the package would arrive no later than 4 days. According the the tracking, it’s going to take 7+ days to get there… I was LIED TO! On top of that, it was an absurd amount of money which I will be requesting a refund for. By no means is a 7 day turn around IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION considered “express shipping”.
