I recently visited the Pony Express postal location and was incredibly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the owner, a fantastic lady who went above and beyond. She was extremely helpful with notary public service, guiding me through the process with patience and professionalism. Additionally, the shipping services offered were top-notch, ensuring my package arrived swiftly and securely. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service, efficiency, and the warm, welcoming demeanor of the owner. A definite five-star experience!

The 40 year old Asian lady was extremely rude :( she suggested I ship through usps because it was cheaper which I did appreciate, but I let her know it had to be fedex express as it’s through the company and she got annoyed. As she was filling out my work address to be shipped, I told her I have a fedex billing number as well … and she slammed her hand on the desk and said “you should’ve told me earlier.” I apologized and she hands me a form to fill out and helps out other customers. I was so embarrassed. I understand getting impatient and wanting to help out other customers, but the slamming and the comment was flat out disrespectful. I left, I was scared that I would make another mistake and she might get more frustrated with me. When I tried to leave I apologized for the hassle and she said it’s going to be same with other fedex centers, which is not true because they easily pull up my billing number and don’t humiliate me.

Today I had the worst customer service interaction that I have ever had, and it was completely unnecessary, uncalled for, and wholly negative. I am taking the time to write this review in an attempt to spare other people from wasting even one minute of their life dealing with Joanne, the owner. My first red flag should have been the fact she is running the entire place alone and had not one other employee - I know now it's because Joanne treats people like they're an absolute nuisance and gets off on going out of her way to make their visit as difficult and confusing as possible. Today I drove my elderly mother on some errands, one of which was to do a quick return with a QR code to a FedEx drop off location. Simple, right? As I sat in the car in front of the store, I could see just from Joanne's expression and body language that she was attacking my mother. She shooed my mother away with her hand, rolled her eyes, made a face in disgust and turned her back to my mother while she was still attempting to explain herself. Upon seeing this, I quickly entered to confirm what I was seeing only to find Joanne offering my mother no solutions, no help, and no kindness. She was telling my mother the ONLY place that would take a return was in Everett at the original shipment warehouse, which, of course, was not true. When I attempted to discuss with Joanne what the confusion was about, she did the exact same thing to me. Aggressive body language, patronizing tone, zero help, and while I was speaking she actually took a customer BEHIND me in line and acted like she didn't know I existed. After getting my mother in the car so we could find another drop off location, I asked for the manager and her name - to which she replied that her name is Joanne and she is the owner. For all who MAY be considering using this business for any reason, consider instead going across the parking lot to staples where they happily and respectfully completed the return. Of course, Joanne was completely uneducated on where to go and didn't care to consider that there was a place that could accept it and was only a stone throws distance away.

Terrific service, very friendly. I'm going to look for more things to ship just so I can go back! I went there on a Friday with 2 separate items to ship (without packaging) plus an odd sized envelope, all going to the East Coast. Within 10 minutes my stuff was boxed and on its way. The staff at the store helped me find the cheapest shipping method and, amazingly, everything was delivered by the following Monday. I had put off shipping this stuff because my previous experiences at other stores and services had been so bad. Love these guys!

I'm not a huge fan of this place. It's not very clean and it smells like cat pee for some reason. I went in about 10 minutes before they close with a few medium sized packages to return and I asked the blonde Karen looking female employee kindly if they accept ups packages. The employee I talked to was rude and not helpful and had a dismissive rude tone. She said they do not ship ups and I said that's strange.. this address is listed on the ups website as a shipping location. She replied with some technical shipping jargon and I insisted, why are you listed as an authorized shipper on the ups website? She insisted they don't accept ups packages and I had to go the ups official location down the road. I said that's very interesting the ups website has your address listed but you don't accept ups. I realized she was wrong and seemingly annoyed I had a last minute package. I decided I'd take my business elsewhere and left. Suggestions: 1. Don't treat customers like people that are trying to hurt or steal from you and don't respond with an angry vocal tone for simple confirmation questions. Even if I was wrong a kind vocal tone and response makes a huge difference. 2. Better customer service would be offering an alternative option to ship the package if possible and not have a rude dismissive tone. 3. A poor employee attitude by assuming customers are always wrong and denying customers your business service because you're lazy or busy sets up both the business and the customer for a poor experience and or drama. Ultimately this costs the business money and valuable reputation by scaring away customers.

I love being able to come here to ship with the best carrier or drop off for UPS/FedEx in the same place. The people working are always friendly and helpful including helping me build a box for an odd shaped shipment.

Every once and awhile I’ll have a package that’s odd shaped and delicate that needs shipped. I can always count on this place to figure out the best shipping solution and prices. Very helpful people with amazing customer service. Also an easy place to drop off FedEx and UPS packages. They have fax/print/copy machines as well. Definitely would recommend this place for any shipping needs.
