Loretta our groomer there and the entire pet care staff are the best of the BEST! They sincerely care about the pets and pamper them so much! I will never go to another vet or groomer again. Highly recommend their professional staff and facility.

I’ve been going to place for years and it was wonderful until this year. 2 incidents in the past few months have drastically changed my view of this place. Incident one, my dog had to get a dental surgery with extractions. Apparently they scheduled another dog before him and his surgery went longer than expected, so I was told that they would need to break my dogs surgery up in to 2 surgeries. So my dog needs to get put under 2 times and go through 2 separate recoveries. Then on top of the extra danger they put my animal in they charged me for having to do the procedure twice. The second incident I took my dogs in for their annual, they got shots and vaccines, and was told they were healthy. Well the next day one of my dogs was acting very strange, vomitted a couple times, and was not himself. I called the facility to explain the situation around 3:45 to see if I could bring him in, they told me know they didn’t have time because they would be closing soon (closing at 6)….i won’t be taking my dogs back apparently everyone working here is just waiting to get off work….

Dr. Brown is literally the best. I have 12 animals, so I've dealt with a lot of vets, and she's hands down one of my absolute favorites. She's open, honest, sweet, and takes very good care of my cats and dog

Love this place! Been taking our pup here for about two years and have never had a less than great experience. Everyone is kind very easy to work with and they always have chocolate chip cookies in the waiting room!

I’ve been bringing my cat to Petcare for well checks and grooming. The staff is so friendly and caring. Dr. Howell is an amazing veterinarian. She answers my questions and gives great advice. Appointments are easy to schedule and there’s no wait time. My cat feels more and more at ease every time we come here.

The people here are great
Update 1 Year later: Every vet here that we have seen has been great, Dr. Brown is FANTASTIC, she has been taking such good care of our dog who has recently needed weekly appointments. He is feisty and strong but he loves Dr. Brown.

I bring my three cats here for everything. Wonderful and kind staff, super knowledgeable Doctors and very clean. They also offer chocolate chip cookies!
A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

I have been taking my dogs to Petcare for a few years now. I love Dr. Brown and Dr. Howl. They are kind and friendly.I am not giving 5 stars bc there is a female answering the phones (such as earlier today) who is not friendly. She has helped me a few times and always seems annoyed and is quite abrupt in how she responds or "helps".Not everyone answering the calls is like this, but this particular person seems to be always irritated answering questions. This is concerning especially when she doesn't know maybe the state of mind of someone calling in about their pet. I dont sense compassion or kindness from her, which is expected at a vet's office. Hope this changes ASAP bc next time I will ask her name and discuss it with the vets
