“I wanted to share what a wonderful customer experience we had at the Snohomish Verizon store today. The customer service representative (Martin? He greeted us cordially but I have forgotten) couldn’t have been nicer. I needed to make some updates to my Dad’s account due to his recent onset of dementia. He made us feel comfortable right away informing us that he would take care of everything. He handled all our inquiries and resolved everything seamlessly even offering his own seat to my Dad so he could be comfortable. “Had the best experience at this Verizon retailer. These things can be a hassle, but our sales associate, Nolan, took really good care of us. We had a somewhat complex transaction - moving 2 lines off of one account to a new account, moving one line to a different phone, and purchasing a new phone. It took a while, but that was to be expected. Overall, very happy with the friendly, competent service we received from Nolan at this store!”

We came in short of time and he made sure to inform us of all the information we would need to gather to switch providers.When we returned, he took the time to inform us about all our options and the benefits and drawbacks of each. Switching providers was proving to be a challenge. “This review is for Ryan, who helped me with my recent phone upgrade. It was fairly busy and Joseph was preoccupied, so Ryan immediately offered to help me and was very welcoming. I had tons of questions about the promotional deal - it was pretty good, almost too good to be true - yet Ryan was very patient with me and answered everything with ease. Given my last upgrade was years ago, he also walked me through all the specs and details about the current devices to get me up to speed. The process itself to transfer and upgrade my phone took quite a while (not due to anyone) and I even ran into some issues with removing security access on my original phone. Despite all that, Ryan remained cool and patient with me.
I also caused some additional work due to my indecisiveness, but Ryan made everything that needed to happen, happen, with minimal effort on my part. Top notch customer service and overall great human being.
Note: Remove Find my iPhone on your original phone BEFORE you go to the store, because there can be a time-delayed waiting period.”
“I rarely go into the stores for anything. I think I've been in them twice during my long association with At&t. Each time the customer service was great. I hear many stories about how bad customer service is with the company. I suppose I'm the rare Unicorn that believe they're not true. I got the help I needed without any issues. Emma was great! “My husband and I are not very computer-literate. In fact, my husband has never owned a smart phone. We came into the Lake Stevens store on Saturday, June 1, so that I could switch from my iphone 7 to my new iphone 14, whereupon my husband could switch from his FLIP-phone to my old iphone 7. This was not an easy task, especially when dealing with tech-challenged people like us, but Tyler was SO patient and SO helpful! We could not thank him enough for going above and beyond for us! “Malcolm was an amazing help. Extremely polite every time we were in the store and exceptionally knowledgeable as well as helpful. I had a very tedious on going interaction with att trying to upgrade a phone these last two days and not only did Malcolm jump right up as soon as he saw us walk in he also remembered us in what felt like warm regards from the day before and was able to swiftly help us finalize the upgrading process. He also had a vast amount of knowledge about how the interworkings of the company operates and was able to offer me a multitude of options to meet my needs. 10/10 probably one of the overall best experiences I have had in an att store.”
“I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”

“Tyler was extremely helpful. I had problems at another AT&T store when I went in to ask a couple of questions about by 15 plus year cell phone plan. Not only did I talk to him in person but probably talked to him by phone 5-6 times. He was extremely patient and helped to answer my questions and helped me until I understood my plan. After my experience at the other store I was ready to walk away from AT&T and look for another carrier. Tyler helped me to make sense of everything and did not stop until I felt good about my plan. AT&T is extremely lucky to have Tyler as their employee. He definitely went above and beyond!”
