We lost our beloved 16 yo yesterday. It was absolutely devastating to watch her suffer the way she did at the end and my wife and I were racked with guilt and were saddened beyond relief.
Dr. Yun and his staff were very compassionate and really extended the human element of understanding someone’s reaction to grief. We had experienced a similar situation with our last dog, and we were very inconsolable. Our previous vet and staff said sorry and left the room. It was very cold and clinical.
Not so with this staff. Dr. Khalil performed the euthanasia and I was a mess along with my wife. He came over put his arm around me and told me about his experience with his dog a few months ago and offered condolences. Dr Yun and his staff came in after. They hugged my wife and comforted her, which I really appreciated. I’ve been consoled before at other vets, but this was different, this was very heartfelt and they handled our grief with upmost compassion. They even allowed us the room for as long as needed. I was able to go get our other dogs to come say goodbye even though I’m sure they needed the room, never rushing us.
This told me everything I need to know about the vet and staff that takes care of my animals needs. Thanks again for looking after our babies.

Although the clinic righted their wrong in regard to my cat, I can't help think what the hell went wrong? I scheduled an appointment for my sick cat, stating to the receptionist that my cat had severe drool, bits of black stuff coming out of his mouth, and REALLY noxious bad breath. During the appointment the next day, the veterinarian ran a bunch of tests, but said she would not at the time, anesthetize him so she could inspect what was going on with his mouth, per the reason I booked the appointment. It wasn't util I came in 2 days later that a different Vet discovered my cat had stage 4 cancer in 2 places in his mouth, YOU KNOW, THOSE THAT WERE THE OBVIOUS PHYSICAL SIGNS THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAT! Subsequently I met with the 2nd Vet to discuss why my cat's mouth wasn't looked at, again, per why I booked the appointment, and he told me she was busy the first day I brought my cat in. My response to that was "So, the Vet can't do her job correctly when the clinic is busy?" THERE IS NO ACCEPTABLE EXCUSE FOR MY CAT HAVING TO WAIT AND SUFFER 2 EXTRA DAYS to find out he had terminal cancer! It should have been addressed, per the reason for the appointment, as I've stated numerous times now, during the first appointment that I brought him to, whether they were busy, or not. One more thing, Dr. Betts retired from the same clinic, but one of my cats was his patient before he did so. I know that there is ZERO probability that Dr. Betts would have handled my cat the way the current clinic employees did. He undoubtedly would have done what was the absolute best for my cat during the first appointment, and would have addressed exactly what I made the appointment for.

Dr. Yun and his staff provide excellent veterinary services. My dog Toto had severe diarrhea for two weeks, and his regular vet in Downtown Seattle only gave him probiotics, which didn't help. Dr. Yun was able to fit us into his schedule for urgent treatment. He examined Toto thoroughly and gently, prescribed the right antibiotics, and Toto's diarrhea stopped after taking them. Dr. Yun is very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone seeking a veterinarian who truly cares about pets and has extensive expertise. The treatment cost was very reasonable with no unnecessary procedures.

I have been taking my dog to Dr. Yun since last year and I am very happy with his service. He is responsive to any questions you have, very honest that he won't ask you to do unnecessary procedures and checks the details during the check-up time. He also loves dogs and treats them with care and compassion. Recently, I needed to get an international health certificate for my dog and he made the process really easy as he had experiences with it. He explained everything clearly and helped me fill out the paperwork. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vet with great service.

Have taken my kitty here twice now and the care and kindness has been amazing. My kitty Daisy had an infection and the vet was quick to act and made sure she received the care she needed immediately. The vets that work here really provide patience, warmth, and empathy that all of our animals need when they must go to the hospital. Thank you for saving our little Daisy. She is on the road to a great recovery.

Today was our first visit with Dr. Kevin Yun. I am very pleased with the care my pooch received today. Logan has had some ongoing gastro-intestinal problems. Dr. Yun did a physical exam, ordered some blood work and then did some x rays. Overall, the cost of x- rays was lower than 2 other offices I checked out. We will be using this office from now on.

I don't know if it's lack of experience or credibility of the vet but he totally missed and discarded my dog symptoms who should be a red flag for lymphoma cancer. She passed away, given us little time to prolong her life with treatments. Ask for a second opinion if you choose that vet!

I had a very good experience with Mill Creek Vet Hospital. I moved to the area and wanted to get a general check up for my two cats. They were able to get us scheduled in a timely manner and Dr. Yun was great! He was extremely comprehensive in discussing all of the options for getting my two cats in tip top shape. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I had communicated the reason for my visit and their previous vet information over the phone and I was asked multiple times after that to provide the same information. Everyone was kind and helpful!

Mill Creek Vet really put me in a bind when it comes to my senior dog that I have been taking here for 14 years. Milo has reached his final stage of life and is almost 16 years old.
Milo needs a prescription refilled and they won’t refill it without blood work. He has been on these meds for 10 years, with regular blood work throughout the years. I explained that I have moved 40 minutes away and the stress of a car ride and vet visit would be a lot for Milo at his age. They did not budge.
It’s especially interesting that they pushed for blood work, seeing as how multiple times I have paid for blood work, only to receive no follow up information about the results. In recent years, I always left feeling like my experience was overpriced and lacked value.
Milo is at the point in life where I just want to keep him comfortable and don’t want to change anything his body is used to. I am so let down that Mill Creek Vet lacked assistance and compassion, after so many years of visiting.
It seems to be an entirely new staff. I’ve only seen the new veterinarian once so I cannot speak to his service, but front desk has gone downhill in recent years. I tried to be patient through the stress of Covid, but it never improved.
I started working in the pet industry 7 years ago and throughout the years have had the opportunity to visit multiple other vet offices for client needs. I can say with confidence that there are other clinics that add more value: more compassion and more thorough follow up practices.
Pricing is my lowest priority, safety of my pet is my highest. I can assure you - Mill Creek Vet will be the highest price with the lowest value.

This is hands down the BEST veterinary clinic!! We bring all of our pets here (2 cats and one dog). All the staff are super nice and compassionate. The veterinarians always take time with our pets and answer any questions we have. There was a time last summer when we were out of town, and our dog got stung in her eye by a bee. I wasn't sure what to do, but I was able to call the clinic and get advice from the staff right away (yes, they answer their phones!!) We used to go to a commercial veterinarian clinic, and we were not treated well, so coming here was such a relief. We know our pets are in good hands here.

They are okay with well checks, but still rather expensive. However, our kitten had a digestive problem that was very difficult to treat. The Vet was inexperienced and basically didn't know what to do. For months she kept charging us money for stool samples and prescribing the same antibiotics, but we got nowhere and our cat only grew worse. Twice the staff messed up on the lab orders. There was a general sense of a lack of communication. We finally got in with a different office and the vet knew immediately what to do.

My dog developed skin moles and had been experiencing an unpleasant odor for an extended period. I consulted multiple veterinarians in other clinics, but they reassured me that there was no cause for concern and failed to offer a solution. However, when I sought the expertise of Dr. Yoon at Mill Creek Veterinary Hospital, the experience was significantly different. Dr. Yoon conducted a comprehensive examination of the moles, successfully identifying infections within some of them. They provided me with detailed information about the issue and promptly administered the necessary treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Yoon and Mill Creek Veterinary Hospital for their exceptional care and expertise.

I've been once so far but am going back. I liked my vet. He offered several options for the medication I needed, all different price points and ease levels. He made my cat comfortable and my cat is not well socialized. He was a rescue who had a bad first family. Everyone I met was super nice and friendly. I definitely recommend them!

So thoughtful and so caring to my pet.
