Ordered online, the only shipping option was free, which was great, but I wasn’t sure of the carrier or ETA. I texted them and they explained that they ship USPS standard and that I could call for more information or to upgrade. I called, and the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and offered to upgrade my shipping to UPS for no additional cost. It got to the other side of the state within one day. I really appreciate it. Excellent service and the product is as described.

This shop is incredible. I drove up from Portland to sell some sets. They offered me a fair price and threw in this beauty, "The Catch" with Montana"s and Clark's autograph plus the play diagramed and spelled out. AWESOME. a great experience with some really great people.

Ahhhhh awwwww…. ? you’re closed on Sundays… I’m on my way to the kraken game and want to get you paid and pick up my Bryce Miller baseball. ⚾️ I will be there tomorrow smile ?. The entire staff are great people who were willing to work with me after a car accident and still got me my baseball when I missed a signing. Gracious and generous for helping me out. GO MARINERS! GO HAWKS! GO KRAKEN!

Always helpful and they have an amazing selection. In person autograph opportunities and the best memorabilia store in Washington! Give your money to a local shop, not online!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I was here for Hobby Night and the parking lot was full. So, I parked on the side away from the driving lanes to allow my girlfriend to switch to the driver seat and drive off. As I left to go pick up a box, literally 10 secs go by as she’s trying to settle in, and a worker comes out and berates her to leave. She tells him that’s she’s leaving and asks for a second, but again doesn’t stop and berate her to leave. Very inexcusable behavior to berate a young woman who is on the side (in nobody’s way) and trying to leave!
I saw the same situation happen to this older gentleman. He literally just got out of his car and the worker was berating the man all the till the gentleman was walking to the door. He was literally just picking up, but the worker wouldn’t stop trying to get him to leave.
It’s okay to ask once, but stop berating when the person already understands and is trying to leave! Absolutely disgusting!

I am super impressed by the great customer service they provide. It's rear to find a trustworthy Sports Memorabilia business with great communication and merch. They have worked with me on numerous products and have helped me get some of the most desired items I've been looking for. I will always check with them before buying anywhere else. 100% trust and recommend.

Nice looking place with lots of cool signed memorabilia. My only gripe is buying a mystery pack from them with a guaranteed memorabilia or auto and getting a Blake Grice memorabilia card. It’s bad enough that card companies charge so much for their products and then give us a card of some random 10 year old kid with a piece of his t shirt slapped on a card and calling it a ‘relic’ card. It’s even worse when a dealer then perpetuates that back on us and actually puts that in a mystery pack. I’ve met zero people who want that card. You could have put in an Aaron Hernandez jersey card and I would have been happier about that lol Other than that cool shop that lacks personality and is very sterile. I prefer card shops like Who’s At First in my opinion.

They offered me 40 for my josh allen card, which every app I scanned it with put the value at 150. They even have one for 275. But said they could only get 80 for mine, so they offered 40 bucks. Con artists. I searched the last 3 months on ebay and there isn't a single Josh Allen card selling for under $120 on any sight anywhere. The least you should've offered me is 60. U gave me 40 and turn around and sell the card for 275? And you're going to tell me that you're not con artists?

First time our family went into the store, was today, and it was incredible. Top notch customer service, beautiful store with lots of amazing stuff! They gave my 6 year old son a stack of baseball cards for free and my 9 and 7 year old daughters Pokémon pencils. We will be visiting a lot more!
