Sort reviews by date. Historically the Mill Creek Family Medical Center was great and had mostly 4 and 5 star reviews, but you can almost see when The Everett Clinic purchased them and now it mostly has 1 and 2 star reviews. There's a reason for that. In the past 10 years I've been a patient, I had great service and caring doctors but everything changed about 2 years ago during the transition to The Everett Clinic. For example, I had to call 4 times (routine wait times on hold were 20 minutes) to schedule two routine shots due to their calendar not being able to schedule things too far out in the future. When I showed up for my appointment today, they were not offering one shot (despite confirming this the day before) and I wasn't able to get the other due to time restrictions between doses (despite them scheduling the shot at this date). Essentially my whole visit was a waste of my time. And to make it even worse, I was told today that things are only going to get worse for the next few months due to a change in software. I didn't realize this was possible.Since the change to The Everett Clinic, I've been consistently disappointed - you need to do better. I've scheduled my shots with another provider and my family will be looking for a better primary care team.

We have been loyal patients with Dr. Bacon for around 13 years. Always great.Unfortunately, under Everett Clinic, the care has suffered. Now that Dr. Bacon is retiring it is getting worse. We tried to schedule an appointment and were told there are no more openings for new patients, so we now have to find a new doctor. There was no loyalty after all these years and basically told to take a hike. Totally ridiculous

I have been going to this clinic for 12 years. The best doctor retired a couple years ago so I picked the next best and now he just retired and they will not let me go to the next doctor or any doctor in that clinic. Since they switched to Everett Clinic the whole system has slidden down hill. This is the worst handling of a doctor retiring I have ever experienced. Shame on Everett Clinic!

This is a wonderful clinic. I've been a patient here since 1991.Dr. Price is a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring Doctor. He listens, informs, explains my problems. He has always been right on my problem

While my appointments with the doctors have been great, the medical support staff is not friendly and can be rude. At my last visit, my doctor's assistant was downright rude verbally and in her mannerisms towards me. I will admit to arriving 5 minutes late, and asked the front desk beforehand if I could still be seen. They did see me, but immediately the assistant was giving off rude vibes towards me. When I asked the assistant why she was acting rude towards me, she said I was 15 minutes late because I was supposed to arrive at least 10 minutes early. I guess this was her excuse for her attitude and she felt I deserved her rude treatment. This visit was for my wellness appointment and not a great start to the visit and left me feeling unsupported and vulnerable by this encounter. She displayed no professionalism in her job. This is not the first time this type of treatment from their medical support staff was displayed, the first time happening before their merger.

I was a contented patient at Mill Creek Family Practice for more than four years before the dreaded merger. The aftermath has been nothing short of a healthcare nightmare. Communication with the provider is virtually nonexistent, as no messaging options are available. Attempting to reach them via phone results in excruciatingly delayed responses. The simple task of transferring a prescription to a designated pharmacy turns into a Herculean effort, involving multiple frustrating phone calls and interactions with an outrageously impolite reception team that offers no helpful information whatsoever.Dealing with this medical center post-merger has become an absolute ordeal. The recent reviews I've come across only reinforce my belief that the services have plummeted far below any reasonable expectations. This once-reliable healthcare provider has sadly become a shadow of its former self, and it's disheartening to witness the deterioration of the quality of care.

After going to Mcfp for 30 plus years it had sold out to Everett Clinic and offers awful health care and customer service.

Literally switching offices because I can’t schedule my next appointment. Phone just goes to voicemail. I’m clearly not the only one, this has been going on for months and I don’t know why there hasn’t been a fix.Wasn’t that impressed with Dr. Anthes anyway, she kept “joking” during my appointment about how she’s cranky all the time? I didn’t catch on at first and thought she was just telling me how she’s always yelling and complaining. I was clearly uncomfortable but she just kept going. Desk staff also acted annoyed when I asked for the paperwork to transfer my old medical records to them.

Gone downhill since becoming Evergreen. Calling the clinic is atleast 30 mins wait . Getting an appointment is minimum two weeks to a month out.

The receptionists won't answer the phones after several attempts. I see so many others are saying the same. The doctors are good. This place use to be top notch before they switched to Optim (Everett Clinic). It was actually best for me to drive to the office. When I arrived the receptionists were sitting at the front desk, not answering phones. This was the only way I could talk to them.

**UPDATE**Due to issues with the clinic and an issue with a lack of medication being stocked at my pharmacy, my son had been out of his necessary medication for 2-3 weeks. I was out of town over the last 1.5 weeks while my ex-wife tried to resolve the issue. After several frustrating attempts to get it sorted out, she was unsuccessful getting help from The Everett Clinic. The prescription had been sent to the pharmacy, but because the pharmacy couldn't fill it due to lack of product, the prescription had to be sent by the Dr to a different pharmacy. I called The Everett Clinic and was able to reach someone after being on hold for over 22 minutes! I explained the issue and was assured that the on-call Dr would submit a new prescription, and I would be notified when it was done. After 3 hours of waiting, I still had not heard anything and it was starting to get late in the day. I again called The Everett Clinic and was on hold for over 8 minutes when I decided to drive to the clinic and obtain the prescription in written form. I pulled in and walked up to the desk, my phone call to the clinic was still active and on hold. I'd been on hold for 15+ minutes and saw 3 people at the desk, only 1 on a phone call. I showed my phone to Sharonda and told her I was on hold waiting to speak to them, but would now be hanging up, since I was able to drive down faster than reaching someone by phone! I told her that I needed the prescription in writing so that I could find a pharmacy that carried the medication that I needed. About 10 minutes later, I finally received the paper prescription and left. The situation in my below review and this current updated review is not a one-off and is unfortunately a common scenario here now. I have found a new Dr that isn't associated with The Everett Clinic in any way and will be much better off and happier with their customer service and medical treatment.********************This clinic used to be second to none in my opinion and my family have been patients there for years. I was always able to get in to see my Dr or at least a Dr with very little notice, 7 days a week. Since being bought out by the Everett Clinic, everything has changed. Getting an appointment is next to impossible, if they even answer the phone, and if you can, it isn't with your regular Dr or within any reasonable time frame. My insurance carrier is dropping them from my network presumably because they are now part of Everett Clinic, or maybe because they've turned to garbage. Everett Clinic is THE worst care in the area, short of perhaps Kaiser. It is difficult to find a Dr or clinic that you can trust, but it will be worth it once I do. It was a great run for MCFP, which established itself as a premier clinic, but partnering with Everett Clinic was a death blow.

We have been patients of Millcreek Fam Practice for 12+ years now, we have always loved them and Dr Stukovsky. Even though we have moved out to Lake Stevens we still make the drive to come see him. I loved that you could get in and be seen quickly for urgent matters. Ever since being bought out by Everett Clinic I can never get a hold of them. I just waited over 30 minutes on hold just to figure out what time my sons upcoming appt is. I finally gave up. I don't know how the service could go down hill so much and it really upsets me. Wish they could go back to who they were and drop the Everett Clinic.

Have been a patient for many years and liked this clinic before, but last year their service changed a lot. Have been sick for weeks and had cough. Last week had an X-ray and until now they still didn't tell me results. I called them three times already. I don't think that I will come back to this place in any near future.

I have called 8 business days in a row and have never had the phone answered. I had the pharmacy send over a prescription refill request that was never answered. I have been trying to schedule my annual.physical and literally can't! There is nothing but 1 and 2 star reviews in the past year and the owner just replies with the same copy and paste message, so clearly the owner drove this place Into the ground.... Dr. Stukovsky was always cool, but if I can't get an appointment or even someone to answer then it doesn't really matter. The finally answered! The woman was unbelievably rude! No help at all
