Staff were awesome, couldn’t find a part for a while. While trying to figure out the location of parts in the app, one of the employees helped me out. Gave me good install tips as well. Wish I would remembered employees name?

Bought an LG washer dryer, had it delivered and they forgot the power cord. Had to wait an additional 5 days for that to be delivered and installed. First time I tried to use the dryer, I got electrocuted (felt tingling in my hand for a significant period after it happened) could have been my two year old. Called customer service and was met by the representative Tiki(?) who was sarcastic and did not say much other than “that’s not our issue”. Spoke to her supervisor who essentially just transferred me without so much as a goodbye as I was in tears.
They advertise “please stay on for a quick survey” and was not given that opportunity.

I've been shopping at this particular store and usually have no issues. I've purchased a sliding glass door a few years ago and had nothing but trouble and didn't bother bellyaching about it. I consider myself a customer service guru. Understanding at a minimum if you ask to purchase something locked up, you should have some kind of priority over other requests or have a dedicated rep for the "locked up" items. Waiting around for over 45 minutes to spend $500 only to have not one person show up is definitely not good service. I'm reasonable and understand stores are understaffed, not could be understaffed, but are very limited. I'm not someone that needs their hand held and doesn't need any type of sales pitch, simply because I do my homework before making large purchases. 4:30p and no staff available? Management needs to revisit the service aspect at this location. Maybe it's the new world we are forced to live in or maybe my 500 bucks wasn't worth helping, I can't say. I'll go back there but will not expect anything special.

Lowe's is a much more pleasant experience than Home Depot. Much cleaner with very good service.

Spent way to long in line at customer service, when finally being helped was interrupted 3 times by employees complaining to the lead cashier, who could not find a price on a clearance plant, after what was well worth more than 12.50 of my time, all the plant was worth. I Ask the cashier to make eye contact with me and then Expressed that's why I would NOT be going to Lowe's the next half-dozen times I had to go to a hardware store.

I generally like their products, but beware if you need to return anything. They do not accept any returns past 90 days, even with receipt, even for store credit only, even though the product is still in stock and being sold! The cashier's reason is "the system won't do it." Very poor customer service with that, for an item that is not seasonal and still on the shelf!
