“By far the sweetest most kindest State Farm branch I've ever worked with. They even text me when I've missed the payment or when anything's changed with my policy. They have gone above and beyond since I started working with them. I have worked with multiple State Farm branches over the years. The ones that I've worked with I have not cared for at all and have not been as kind as this branch. This branch is by far is the kindest and most helpful branch I've ever worked with. I highly recommend anyone at this branch most definitely. Please try them out they will go above and beyond for you, like they do with all their customers.Everytime I chat with them or text back about my policy, they make my day a little bit more magical. They also will let you know as soon as new benefits come out from State Farm that will benefit you as well. They're always trying to help their customers in any way they can which in this day and age is true customer service and very hard to come by. Please give them a chance and try them out, they're almost five star rating from so many people proves it.”

“Mary Allred is so good. She checks in with us every couple of months to make sure we have what we need and that is so reassuring. I know if we need her she will be their 100%.I would never go to any one else. She has always been great.Our Agent Mary Allred went the extra mile or more to assist my mother in obtaining insurance after the company she had used for many years decided not to do business in Washington State. She helped us understand what needed to be done and obtained the insurance once we had completed this. She had to make a few trips to my mother's home. She was so kind and friendly to my mother and put her mind at ease. My mother also really liked her. She really took care of the situation, and we really appreciate that to this day. I would never change agents, for sure. I will add we are just as pleased with Mary Allred as we ever have been, she is thoughtful, and we receive birthday notices which is very nice. We are very pleased with Farmers and have no complaints. Mary is so well informed and always has her client's best interest at heart. We have not had any reason to file any claims for quite a while, however it is comforting to know should we need to Mary will handle it as we trust her and her complete understanding of clients' needs. Plus, she is a very pleasant person to work with. She chooses to stay with Farmers Insurance and that tells me they are a top-notch company.
