I was a walk-in appointment because there were no appointment bookings available for many days. I got there before they reopened for lunch and was the first to sign in and be seen. It was efficient and easy. The phlebotomist was good at her job and I had no problems.

I showed up at 8:30 AM at the Lynnwood location in Walgreens, according to the website, no appointment is necessary.I checked in at the kiosk and came to find out that the employee never showed up or called out. I was there waiting for a ghost to do my blood work.Common courtesy would say, call Walgreens and ask them to put a sign on the kiosk "closed until further notice".I ended up having to drive to the LabCorp in Mill Creek, bear in mind that I was still fasting at this time. I spoke to Jade (in person), the area supervisor for LabCorp. I told him it was "PATHETIC" that me and four other people sat there waiting. He told me that the people who made appointments were notified. Do you think this helped me and the others waiting? He continued to give me a speech about how people in the medical field are treated rudely, which affects staffing because they quit. (I really don't care; I WAS NOT RUDE!!!!!!) I was simply making a complaint, there was no yelling, no swearing of any kind!!!!!I then asked Jade, do you think I'm treating you rudely? He said yes because I used the word pathetic, I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot the story would be different. Jade was truly unconcerned that we the customers were waiting on a ghost at the Lynnwood LabCorp, he was truly unprofessional. Furthermore, Jade told me that someone had finally showed up at the Lynnwood location, and when I got home two hours later, I called Walgreens, and they confirmed it was still CLOSED. I don't know why he lied to me. According to the long-term Walgreens clerk, this happens all the time at the Lynnwood location. This was an unacceptable response from a supervisor, he threw his company under the bus and blamed the public for the company's downfalls.Jade if you're reading this: I get it!!!!! Usually, people who are seeking medical attention are there because they DO NOT FEEL GOOD! It's not okay, but to be expected in your field. If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen while you can.

I should’ve trusted the negative reviews. I made an appointment for Friday after Thanksgiving online (was pleasantly surprised to read that they’re open) and received a couple of confirmation emails. Arrived and found that the office is closed! Don’t trust their site, completely useless

I spent 45 min in the office and left without my blood being drawn but with 4 bruises. When I checked in, I said to the 1st phlebotomist, who came in attempting to take my blood, that I needed someone who was experienced with the problematic veins. She shrugged and went on. She pocked me three times - unsuccessfully, then she opened the door and yelled the name of the 2nd phlebotomist, saying: "Hey, can you take this one (me)?!" The 2nd phlebotomist attempted once, and then she said: "Your veins are too difficult, you have to go to a different location." Then, I asked what location she would recommend me to go. She said: "I don't know, but we cannot help you here".I know I have problematic veins, so I am asking for a skilled phlebotomist. Why did they waste my time and keep attempting to pock me and leave blood marks and bruises when they knew that they were not too experienced?I used to go to this one location in Evergreen Hospital for someone who knew my veins, but LabCorp shut that location down. How am I supposed to get my blood tested now?

This facility has many critical issues. I read through the reviews here very carefully before submitting mine because I want to ensure what I epxerienced was not just "one of those unfortunate bad days". However, it seems like the issues that many people here and I had experienced are consistent and unresolved. They are always understaffed, regardless if you have appointment or not, the waiting line is always more than 30 mins because only 1-2 staff present at the time. For the same reason, their technicians have to do both front desk tasks and performing blood tests, and they seemed to always be anxious with multi tasks, unable to answer simple questions and got defensive very easily which triggered their rude responses to everyone. Their staff is also not trained and very unprofessional. Several mistakes were made from my 2 visits including forcing me to take multiple tests when my doctor specifically ordered 1 test at a time due to time sensitive test, demanded my doctor to resend the order unnecessary (the unecessity was confirmed by both doctor's office and labcopr staff in other facilities), billed me incorrectly when test was never performed, no manager or any sign of leadership/accountable person present at any time. Also, it is crucial to mention that their staff is not ready to perform techinical work. Same thing happened to me like many others who submitted their reviews here, their staff poked me 5 times and couldn't find my vein, blamed that I was dehydrated and sent me home. I went to another facility right after and blood was drawn at the first attempt. Please read all reviews not just mine to confirm it yourself, this is a very unprofessional and dangerous facility. For your safety and deserved respect, please go to the Bothell Highway (Everett) facility instead, which is just 3 minutes drive from them.

If I can give zero stars to this place I would. First off I booked an appointment online, I came to my scheduled appt and the lady informed me that I can't be seen because it's a time-sensitive lab and they will be close before I finish. What's the point of having an appointment? Nobody called or informed me that was the case so I can at least come earlier or reschedule instead of driving to this site. Lady at the front desk told me to just come in earlier next time and no need to book an appt. No apologies or whatsoever.2nd attempt-showed up way earlier than before and was informed that they are in full capacity and can't see me. What a waste of time. Find another place to get your lab work done.

Was told Mill Creek closes at 4:30pm when I was there the other day. Showed up at 4:20pm today and they had closed early. Went to the Labcorp a few miles away near Silver Lake, which was supposed to be open until 5pm.....and they closed early today too. This really screws us with time sensitive labs that needed to be done today. Now I have to pull my kid from school tomorrow morning to find a non-Labcorp lab. Labcorp is too inconsistent with their hours for me to be able to get any services there. Oh, and the Labcorp website AND phone messages list incorrect information about each location's hours. What a terrible business to deal with.

I had a really confusing experience during my fasting glucose test. I followed all the fasting rules, but the nurse insisted that I drink a whole bottle of glucose. I asked her several times for clarification, but she was adamant. So, I ended up sitting there for 45 minutes, feeling bewildered. Finally, the nurse realized her mistake and told me I should never have consumed the glucose. This mix-up had serious consequences. It messed up my test results and wasted an hour of my time, and I didn't even get an apology for the error. What's even scarier is thinking about the potential harm this could cause someone with diabetes. Giving them a bottle of sugar to ingest could have severe health consequences.

Had a appointment and waited 30 minutes. The lady at the front desk was very very rude to everyone that walked in. I find it very very unprofessional considering people that are doing walk-ins were having to wait 2 hours. Where is the compassion?

They are rude and untrained, it seems, at the Fam Med Clinic one. The receptionist even talked openly to me about another patient. Complete no-no. But I agree that the phlebotomist was fine.

I hate having my blood drawn and pass out whenever I'm around needles. The wait time was short, the staff was friendly, and the guy who was drawing my blood kept cracking jokes and talking to me to help keep me from focusing on what was happening. He was quick and made the experience as enjoyable as getting your blood drawn can be.

The staff on site has always been very friendly, but I didn't get my results. I started a case and they came back saying there was an issue with my address, which shouldn't be an issue because I've received test results before since I've lived in this address. They proceeded to provide results for bloodwork that was done over two months ago, but my most recent bloodwork, for a different tests, was not even processed. People's health are on the line, you need to do better.

What’s the point of making appointments? Scheduled for a 3PM appointment and took some time off work, thinking I would be back home quickly. Sat in the lobby for over an hour, after the office closed, with several people still waiting. There’s ONE person doing the draws. With the amount of reviews complaining of the same issues, there clearly should be more phlebotomist to assist with the volume of patients they see. They should also honor appointment times… otherwise why schedule if I’m still waiting here for over an hour?

I hope I never have to come back. I waited for 40 minutes for a simple blood draw. I have a toddler and an infant at home with my husband, who is late for work because he is waiting on me. If I have an appt at 8:00am, I expect my name to be called within 10 minutes. Having people wait 40+ minutes is just ridiculous. What’s the point of making an appt??? Mine was also a fasting draw, so I’m starving. Horrible experience. Maybe spread the appt times out so people aren’t waiting forever in between prepping for the next person. I never had my blood drawn by the way. I left after waiting 40 minutes for something that should’ve taken 5.

The wait time was 45-50 minutes. I asked if this wait time was normal the phlebotomist Tina was annoyed and rudely suggested I can choose another day and time. During the blood draw the phlebotomist was hurrying and poked me with a needle which was way larger and when she couldn’t find the vein she twisted the needled while poking me which hurt a lot. She then asked another phlebotomist to draw the sample. The second phlebotomist was more careful and slow, used a smaller needle and tried again twice. Finally I was poked 4 times before the appointment was over and it was overall an overwhelming and unpleasant experience. Never going to visit this office again. The experience with the staff was beyond insensitive, irresponsible and rude to say the least.
