I am new to the area and tried Kim's Cleaners due to all of the positive reviews. However, I am sad to report that upon receiving my shirt back, not only did they not get out a stain, they created a new stain, AND, the armpits smell like BO. The whole reason to dry clean a top is to get out the smell of BO. It is sortof like they not only did not clean my top, but with the new stain (looks like they spilled something on it) my top is even worse than when I took it in. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

Took my suit jacket to get dry cleaned. The dirty spots turned black after being dry-cleaned almost seemed burned on. Looks like the jacket was never cleaned before being pressed. Still charged for the service

Growing up in a family who owned a dry cleaners for over 20 years, I came with pretty high expectations. Let me just say, Kim’s Cleaners went above and beyond and really represented!! I came in with a load of dry cleaning that I needed done for a while and many had stains on them that I knew wouldnt be easy to remove due to the long time they’ve sat on the fabric. I got my clothes back as if they were new!! Very impressed with their work and their exceptional customer service. I will be coming back as a regular! Thank you!!Services: Organic dry cleaning

I’ve been coming here for 1 year now. The couple is very nice and they have great service! I always get my clothes back in time and when I need something rushed they always are able to get it done for me! 10/10 recommend!

I've been using this dry cleaner since prior ownership, pre-Covid. The new owner is always friendly, the turnaround times are reasonable and when I need something faster, she's always been willing to help. I've also used her seamstress services for hemming, repairs and buttons. She's wonderful. There have been times that she's instructed me on how to care for something myself at home so I don't pay her to do it. I wouldn't go anywhere else around here.

First impressions are important. This cleaners doesn't even have a sign on the store front with the business's name. WHY? Since I didn't know the business's name, I asked for a business card. They don't have them. Lame. I only decided to use their services because the shop is convenient. Big mistake. The price I paid for having several pair of pants cleaned was the most I've ever paid. To top off my experiece,, the owner was rude and not at all friendly. "A man without a smiling face should never open a shop." I won't be returning.

I went a couple years ago and was somewhat dissatisfied but I went in for emergency alterations and the new owner is very nice and did my alterations in a day. She was very helpful and met my accommodations. Will continue to go hereService: Alterations
