I was told manager would give me 5.5 percent interest rate on my deposit. It was large. After 2 months I'm now getting 3.5. was also told I would not get all my money if I closed my account. They made me sign something. Not sure what to do but contact FDIC. Manager will not put my children on account as beneficiarys because they won't use their social #. My other banks in past did it.

Not this branch but Key Bank in itself has been deceiving at best, outright lie makers is more like it. Supposedly “free” checking is anything but! I put 10 in a savings account and have had NO transactions whatsoever and two weeks later I am mysteriously overdrawn by 13 dollars even though I haven’t had even one transaction! Also, if you remain overdrawn for a week they charge another 27 dollar fee! So far this “free” account has cost me over a hundred bucks in fees, I’m closing my account and I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Worst location ever. I have been to many banks and the customer service was horrible. They did not even acknowledge I was standing waiting for assistance. They didn’t even greet me or tell me they were going to take a few minutes nothing just walk by and talk to each other . First and last time coming here I waited 20 mins to get acknowledged and then the teller helped me with no conversation or smile.HorribleHorrible horrible location

Worst bank ever!They have given me a $10 instead of $100 bill. I had the receipt for that day and asked them to just check if they had extra money for that particular day, their answer was ,that teller doesn’t work here anymore!Even if you get a fake money from us and leave the branch you can not bring it back!So basically you don’t have any protection at all. Tellers are mostly very rude and unprofessional.

On 8/7/21 my husband went into a mill creek Washington key bank branch seeking a check for our key hassle free account. This account doesn’t allow checks and Instead of being told he would be switching to a key smart checking ( which can be overdrawn) he was switched without his knowledge or the reading or giving of disclosures. Attempts to contact the manager Ashley she has been argumentative and refuses blame. On 9/13 we asked all transactions be stopped until we can receive a solution from the banker. This is after many attempts to contact each day for a month. We wake up to 5 transactions on 9/15. When calling customer service we are hung up on and given no explanation. This is not okay. Our. Account is overdrawn and we want answers.

Been with Key for 5years or so. Had a heloc with them paid the account off through our mortgage company they said on our statement that they owed us 135.00 dollars. So we tried to close out the account and they kept sending us statements finally we went to the bank to get our money they said we would jae to go to a different ranch.ok so we said we would like to close our checking account they said fine they closed it but we still havent received our moneyThey had us call the Philippines to and the lady said it was on the way. I guess I will have to call an attorney Orland the better business Bureau. Most incompetent people and their handling money?

Ok seriously. Shout out to your wonderful team! Especially Brooklyn and her co-worker (didn't have a chance to get her name). Their attitude and customer service skills were more than enough and helped me through every step and were wonderful to talk to!

Hate this bank. The tellers always look like they want to be else, doing anything other than their job, which is fine but maybe don't make it so obvious to your customers. My real issue is the ATM. This location and the Lynnwood one have ate my money without depositing it on multiple occasions. They have no short term solutions. They're horrible and outdated, you can't trust any of the machines even when they're the only option! It's embarrassing when you look at how behind this company is.

KeyBank Mill Creek is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I just spent an hour and a half trying to get my money back from the ATM(the one they have access to from inside) I deposited cash, it wouldn’t take it and then it wouldn’t spit it out. I had to call the location 6 times before they would even answer. There are 3-4 people inside and only one person on drive thru. When I finally got through I was on hold for 30min then a new person picked up the phone and answered it l

Absolute worst bank ever.... Waited in line for 30 minutes while 2 tellers helped customer while a 3rd teller was just on the phone. Every couple minutes they would say just a few moments but nothing happened... the line never moved. every other key bank always has a open teller for people who WORK and only have a limited time to waste at the bank. I suggest firing the incompetence that was recently hired as they have no idea what they are doing. if you have to go ask your manager something every 3 minutes and you've been working somewhere for months you should be fired. reflects poor customer service and even worse managing. I miss Sugita, she was so quick with everything and actually have you correct time est for waiting in line. The new line of employees are horrible and have no experience of working at banks.
