I just had my first hair color with Karen today. Karen is a warm, kind professional with a wonderful presence and great client service. Her salon is decorated beautifully and it is impeccably clean and tidy yet also warm and welcoming. My hair color looks beautiful. I'm very happy that I found Karen's Salon.

As men go, I'm particular about how my hair is cut. Although I am fortunate to have a full head of hair, I like my hair to lie a certain way and going to Supercuts or the local barber never gets me what I want. In fact, I have battled to find a salon that hears me out and cuts my hair precisely as I asked for it. Well now I have. After first introducing ourselves, Karen asked me what I wanted and I explained in detail what I was looking for. She listened intently, asked me to sit at the basin while she washed my hair, and then set about cutting it exactly the way I wanted it. She also took her time and did not make me feel like she was rushing me out of her salon in order to take care of her next customer, and she was done with my hair in very good time - I think I was there for no more than 40 minutes. Her facilities are outstanding - good, clean facilities, better decorated than most salons that I have been to that charge double what she charges. I was also very pleasantly surprised at how reasonable her pricing was. My wife has already made an appointment with Karen for her own hair and I will definitely be going back to her in future. I highly recommend her.

Karen is such an amazing and enthusiastic person! She listened to all of my ideas and gave me such great honest and creative feedback! I had extremely long, thick, curly hair and I've chickened out of many appointments because I didn't want to trust just anyone with my difficult hair. Her salon is gorgeous and welcoming, and I found myself extremely excited to see what she could do! She cut off 22" (yes, twenty-two inches) and straightened it. I feel amazing and for the first time in my life I know what it's like to have hair that makes me feel 'sassy' thanks to Karen!!!

I visited Karen's Salon after moving to Lynnwood and I'm extremely picky about who does my hair and how they do it. A few years ago I highlighted my hair and since then have been trying to dye it back to its original color (which I love, I was just young and stupid). Though it was more expensive than I was used to ($90+tip) for just a color I am extremely satisfied. Karen did what no other hair stylist has been able to do in the last 2 years. She matched it perfectly! There has been absolutely no grow out. I couldn't be more satisfied.

After reading all the reviews about Karen I felt really good about going to here. I'm very pleased to say. She is amazing, talented, caring, friendly, good listener and really knows her stuff. I will refer her to others. She is fair with her prices. You don''t feel taken. She made me feel beautiful and I'm very picky about my looks. I'm a new refreshed red head. I love it. You won't be sorry. You will not even feel rushed. She really takes her time.
