“The entire staff at Ben Bridge Alderwood was so nice, however working with Jay was the best experience ever! She was very patient and truly cared about the importance of replacing the emerald in a ring my mother bought me over 25 years ago. As an expert Gemologist, Jay took the time to help me find the perfect emerald. She was as excited as I was when I went to pick it up! She also made sure my other rings were secure and cleaned. This was my first time going to Ben Bridge and my first time spending quite a bit on jewelry. I have to say that they have a customer for life! “I was searching for a place to resize and solder my wedding rings. This was the only place available that could do it the same day. All the other places wanted to keep my rings for a month. Not only was he less expensive, but he did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend him.”
“Ordering a hat online is challenging. David Morgan made the experience a pleasure. My original order came quickly and was a beautiful hat. Unfortunately the size I chose was too large. I called the store and an associate spent almost a half hour discussing sizing, and the return process with me. I shipped the hat back and the day David Morgan received my return they had its (smaller) replacement back inroute to me. Fantastic customer service -- And an amazing product. Bravo!”

“I have worked with both Chandler & Michelle at the Lynnwood office to sort through, determine values & sell a huge coin collection that I inherited. Both of them were knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. I felt valued as a customer and I appreciated that they were transparent with their sources of information. I kept some coins, sold some for the metal value and sold some as collector coins. Really a great experience! Side note: I would recommend scheduling an appt to ensure you’re seen quickly even when the office is busy.”

The gold that was used didn't spend enough time in the rhodium, so they took extra notes to ensure that we didn't have the same discoloration issues. “I needed my ring resized and I'm so happy I came to this store. Not only did they resize both my engagement and wedding rings but they polished and cleaned them within three days. My 12 year old rings look beautiful, like new. They also have beautiful jewelry in store. I'll be back.”
“Bobbi was amazing! I have had my ring for 3 years (my engagement ring) and the largest diamond fell out. I had some repair work done and the stone replaced but it left the ring looking melted and sloppy. I had it sent back to fix that with no improvement other than the shape. Me and my husband came in today to have our yearly inspection done for our insurance to stay valid and I once again stated I was unhappy with the way it looked and I almost never wore it anymore. The original lady helping was looking at it for a very long time and said she was going to do the bare minium again to fix it. Eventually she called Bobbi over to save the day! She took one look at my ring and said they would happily honor the insurance and "buy out" and replace my ring for only the cost of a new warranty! I walked out today with a beautiful new ring for a small fee and so incredibly happy! She was so so helpful and kind and made a once bad experience into a wonderful one and I cannot thank her enough! If you go to this location make sure she is the one to help you!”
