Avoid... The PT did not understand my desperation to recover from my ACL surgery. PT did put me in some exercises which were Okay but lacked long-term strategy or ensured continuous care. You spend the most time with PT assistant rather than PT. They are very busy and are trying to fill in their open slots/other cancellations. I felt like I was trying to fill in their open slots rather than treating my injury. Because they are so busy, they enforce strict cancellations fees. Very difficult to work with their busy schedule. This is specific to my insurance but their pricing was 30% more than other place I visited later. Go somewhere PT is less busy

I recently took my teenage boys in for an athletic movement screening. Sports are starting up now with COVID restrictions changing and I was concerned that they would not be physically ready for the demands of the sports they are in. Let's just say 9 months of doing a lot of sitting at the computer is not good for growing bodies. Kate did a movement and hip muscle strength screening with both of them. She identified areas where their muscles are weak or tight and gave them exercises to do daily to help increase their strength. The boys were surprised how "easy" the exercises were, yet how much they felt the results the next day. IRG is great for injury prevention with teenage sports athletes! Hopefully, we won't need their services in order to heal or recover from an injury with these preventative measures in place. The icing on the cake is: the screening is a complimentary service they provide. I highly recommend all the IRG sites for young athletes and children who are sitting way more than they should be!

A couple months before starting physical therapy with Lauren, I was walking on crutches... barely able to walk. However, I was so fortunate to have worked with Lauren, and after months of careful therapy and recovery I was able to fully recover in time for the goals I had set for myself. Lauren from the very beginning was not only very understanding, but also patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer each question and concern I had thoroughly but also even remembered every life detail that I had mentioned to her throughout our appointments. From the beginning she asked me if I had any goals for my recovery, in which I mentioned that I had booked an overseas trip at the end of the year and wanted to be able to walk without issue. She took that as a challenge and set up a regimen to help me achieve my goals. She was very attentive and made adjustments to my treatment as necessary and encouraged me also to push myself in the right ways. Through and through she was also so incredibly kind, empathetic and personable... working with Lauren definitely made the entire process so much better and I am positive that I would not have made a swift recovery without her.

Friendly staff who work with you to resolve your needs slowly increasing your therapy for continued results. I would reccomend them 100%.

A few months ago I was sidelined with a bad case of sciatica/and or lower back pain that was causing me all sorts of issues in my left leg. I'm talking severe 10/10 sharp, stabbing, numbing, tingling, dull, throbbing pain down my entire leg. Laying down was the only time I felt relief. Regular activities have been near impossible. My chiropractor referred me to IRG and I'm really happy she did. The woman at the front desk is super kind, explained the insurance process clearly and was able to get me scheduled and visits right away. She knows me by name and I've only gone twice so far! That type of attention to detail and customer service is what makes someone want to come back. There are a lot of physical therapy options and although this one is extremely close to my house, I would come here regardless for the staff. Kate, whom I'm seeing, is very down to earth, knowledgeable, smart, empathetic, listening, and kind. We are working on a plan that will get me feeling better, and something that I will be able to stick with. There is plenty of parking and the interior is bright, nice equipment and is a comfortable place to be while trying to rehabilitate. I am happy to have joined IRG and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thanks IRG!
