“The furniture here is absolutely gorgeous. Owners are discerning, have good taste, so many beautiful pieces in many styles. Small decorative items too. They have sales on things that have been sitting in a while so sometimes you'll get lucky. Everythings in great condition but Best of all you can haggle here if you find a small defect. Great customer service.”

“Came in after dinner in 1st Street. They were open later (every second Friday of the month I think?). Immediately found some stuff we liked as we walked in and a few other treasures. It looks like a mix of new items for the home and antiques. Someone from the counter came up after seeing us already with our arms full and started wrapping them up as we kept looking.”

We got an appointment very quickly, the sales rep was on time, really nice and fun, informative, had a lot of samples to choose from, efficient in measuring and just all-around professional. Our blinds came in on time and install date was quick! The installer was also on time, super nice and did a beautiful job. We will be returning customers!!”

“So far I'm absolutely loving this pottery studio. The owner and instructors couldn't be any friendlier! I haven't thrown ceramics in a decade and am starting off with smaller pieces on the wheel. Prices for the month can vary. A full month is 195 for the course plus another 40 dollars for materials. There are about ten wheels in total, and a sweet cat who likes laying in paper bags and on pottery wheels. Buying a new bag of clay is 49.95, and I am looking forward to what else I can create over time.”

Keep in mind we came on a slow Thursday evening as Im sure on busy days customer service is likely not as readily available but we were impressed.”
“Requested a quote in January '23, paid for full in March '23, still waiting for the blinds in July '23. Sales person does not even bother to respond via phone or email. Disappointing service so far. I have escalated to the franchise owner Ryan DeVries today. Will keep the review updated.Update 8/19/2023 - After escalating to Ryan, things moved very fast. He was able to get to the bottom of the issue and was very responsive. He provided frequent updates on when the blinds would be available, etc. He also expedited the install just in time for the summer. The installation crew was professional and courteous. They installed the blinds over two weekends (it was much more complicated than I expected), taking care of routing the power cords correctly. Once Ryan was involved, the experience was 5 star.”

“I love going into this shop and the people there. They are always so friendly and helpful. The level of customer service here is hard to find anywhere anymore! The booths are always nicely done and I never see loads of dust and trash that you normally see in other shops or sloppy thrown-together booths with broken displays. They work hard to keep it clean and nice and it shows. You can also see the different personalities in each person's unique displays. Which makes it even more fun to explore and shop in my opinion. I hadn't been able to stop by in a very long time until last week. I don't get to the Bothell area that much anymore. I'm hoping to go back this week lol... When I stopped by the atmosphere was still the same very friendly and helpful as it always was before! I would recommend everyone to stop by and check this shop out if you haven't! They have a lot of fun and unique items for sale to fit anyone's taste and style. I can spend hours just having fun exploring the large selection of items. It's great for finding a gift for someone special or that friend that's hard to buy for. If ever I was looking for something specific in the past they would try to find it for me. They are great at answering any questions you may have or reaching out to people they know to try and find an item you are trying to looking for as well.
