“It's a good comic book store. There are lots of items to look at, and a good collection of back stock comics at decent prices. My only gripe, they won't let you look thru the silver age boxes behind the counter. They respond with, "What are you looking for in particular?". When I just want to see what they have, maybe find something worth buying. Other than that. It's a good store!”

“We visited for the first time last weekend and came back this weekend. Such a fun store! So many fantastic children’s books, toys, art supplies, and games. On top of that, they have craft and science kits for older kids. So many stuffed animals and puzzles too. Such a great, local spot for purchasing gifts! We can’t wait to continue shopping here.”
“Calling this store "massive" would be an understatement. Easily the biggest gaming location in the Everett area, with tables for cards and miniatures with terrain. Inventory wall to wall for any miniature game you can think of. I have found some sick online only kits here as well. Great paint selection too!”
“I generally do not care for stores like this, but decided to get a photograph framed and went in with my three year old on a Saturday. I went to the framing counter at the back and Al helped me. Al was incredibly helpful, had an excellent disposition, and most importantly, helped me to make important design decisions and I am incredibly happy with the result. It is really apparent to me now that the success of these places can hinge on good customer service and good people, and Michaels has certainly found that person in Al at the framing counter. “Art is an honest and fair stamp dealer with a deep knowledge of the hobby. Unfortunately the average stamp collection has little value but the serious collection may have considerable value and Art is an excellent resource for separating "the wheat from the chaff" as well as a good place to buy stamps and supplies.”

“Ordered online, the only shipping option was free, which was great, but I wasn’t sure of the carrier or ETA. I texted them and they explained that they ship USPS standard and that I could call for more information or to upgrade. I called, and the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and offered to upgrade my shipping to UPS for no additional cost. It got to the other side of the state within one day. I really appreciate it. Excellent service and the product is as described.”
