They are so slow that it took 20 mins to check in each patient. I had to stand in line for 1hr to just get checked in.

I had a bad allergic reaction moving to WA. The staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate what I needed. The wait was a little long but is definitely worth the wait.

Been to this location a few times , front desk staff are always professional and friendly! The clinical staff are knowledgeable and friendly and I always feel well taken care of!

A very young child was brought in by mom in what was obviously an emergency. Reception did nothing but ask for Mom to fill out forms. I was forced to take control of the emergency situation. I told them to send someone out now, and call 911. The receptionist told the mom she had to finish the forms before calling. I expect Evergreen health to respond to this review and give me their contact information. The system at Evergreen Urgent Care is broken.

Walked in around 7:20 on Friday and the receptionist made it a priority to get me into a room and get started while my partner finished getting her my information. Both the nurse and PA that helped us were incredibly kind and friendly. I don't believe I waited all that long and was out of there only a little after they closed (around 8:15). Obviously no one ever wants to need an urgent care, but I was happy with this one and would gladly return should I need quick treatment.

This place treats healthcare like a business. I came roughly 15-20 minutes before closing after a CAR ACCIDENT and was told to come back tomorrow because they don’t have enough time to see me without having to stay past close. I didn’t realize being a doctor meant it was too much for you to work outside your hours every once in a while if another persons health is at stake. Ironic profession. Don’t recommend coming here. Wouldn’t be surprised if everything they do was business and profit focused instead of actually looking to help individuals. This Place specifically makes me sick.

Absolutely the worst, I came here for an x-ray, I arrived at 7:30 PM and they were supposed to close at 8 PM, Judy the MA refused to see me saying they were full. There was only me and one other person. She was very rude and told me to go somewhere else. This is not ethical, and I don't think this is what Judy was tough in her code of conduct. I use Evergreen health for all my visits and this is a shame on this establishment.

Wait time was really high . It took about an hour from checkin time to seeing a doc even though the clinic was empty! And then the wait times while dealing with the provider were high . I agree with some reviewers feedback regarding extreme delays ( not because of patient overload).

Full disclosure, I have yet to deal with corporate and any other bureaucracy for this visit so this review is strictly for the staff on site.I came in with a pretty ugly/deep cut which I was honestly debating headed to the hospital to treat.From the staff at the front desk, to the nurse and the physician (Sorry, I know you all have official titles and degrees!) They were super professional and helpful.They gave local pain relief (which worked awesome), did a skillful set of stitches and I was able to go back to work without being doped up.I'll try to give a follow up review when I'm healed up but I thought I owed you all a thank you.

Just saw Victor the MA and DR. kubany for a Vehicle motter accident injury and they were so kind, Victor was so empathetic and caring, and thorough, Victor also brought us (my mom and I) apple juice and a Snickers bar which not only helped my Anxiety about being at the doctors, but was also just so nice! Dr. kubany was super thorough, understanding and also super kind! K definitely recommend them to anyone, as a blsck women somtimes its hard to find healthcare that cares. I feel, even though it was a short visit, you could tell they care. Thank you guys for caring and dont change ?

We didnt have a good experience every time we go there. The service isn’t good at all. They didn't diagnose us properly. In fact when we took our son for fever, they didn’t diagnose properly and we had to tell them it might be because of ear infection and they later checked his ear and confirmed it is ear infection.We expected this diagnosis to be done by them itself and not by us. Even after taking the antibiotics for 3-4 days his fever didn’t go down because the dose they suggested isn’t appropriate for his age, the dose is too low. We had to take him to the other hospital, after giving him the first dose of antibiotics his temperature got reduced.We regret going there.

The medicine prescribed for my 4 year old daughter is not available in any of the drug stores. I called them twice explaining asking the doctor to change the prescription. One receptionist even said rudely like it’s not just your daughter, the drug stores are running out of medicines for everyone . Is this the way to talk to person whose kid has an painful infection that may increase if medicine not provided on time? Then the nurse calls me rudely saying I did not say clearly that medication is not available but I said that prescription was not available. And that its my fault that I was not clear.
