The first person I spoke with was Rocky and he was knowledgeable, listened to what I needed and got me a new phone quickly. No one likes waiting for ever with these things. He said I would need to get the numbers from my old carrier and port over in the morning. So, I came back and worked with Toren. Another great experience from another knowledgeable and expedient person. (Should I buy a lotto? ) Anyway, great service and easy to work with.”

“I mail ordered an AudioControl back in 1981 or '82 in college back in Iowa. I moved out to the Seattle area in '89. It lost one of it's channels in the mid 90's and I discovered they are in a suburb of Seattle, took it there and they repaired for free! It still sounds wonderful and it's 41 or 42 years old!”

“I had a problem with my old laptop which I have coverage on through Best Buy Total. It was a hardware issue that couldn't be solved by the online help. It was easily solved by taking it in, then them letting me know what fan to order off of Amazon and a quick return appointment to have it installed.I had had the hard drive replaced a few years ago, the laptop is still super fast and has lots of room left so I felt no need to replace it. I was glad to solve it this way. This policy is my most utilized insurance coverage and I've been impressed with their responses.”

“Have to give a rave review to Jaz'Myne at this location, who helped me and my elderly parents switch over from AT&T and get new phones. She was knowledgable and very patient through lots of little hiccups in the process. I hate going into these types of situations because I feel like there is typically a lot of pushy sales pressure to upgrade and add-on every possible service, which just isn't how my parents roll. Jaz'Myne was not pushy at all and was just lovely to work with.”

“Always fair, sometimes miscommunication happens arr their part. It's nice they'll call you when a Pawn ticket is set to expire. This location deals with alot of "Everetts finest" (Crackheads). So the fact they are still nice and serve with a smile is a huge plus. I don't envy their job in having to deal with these Parasites.”

“I went in to find some of those mini brand toys for my friend for Xmas and I could not find the appliance line of mini brands so I asked an associate if they had any, kj, the associate, looked it up and went into the back of the store to help us get some and she came back with an entire box of them! She told us to give our friend the box the balls come in and was smiling the whole time! Kj was very nice and efficient and I would come back, especially if we can get help from her! Long lines however, but we were shopping on the last Sunday before Xmas so I expected a long line, they had plenty of cashiers coming in to help get the line down”

“I had an AMAZING experience today when I needed help to resolve an issue that another employee Earnest at the Redmond Verizon store created but couldn’t fix and then went on to lie to me that the services were no longer on my account however they actually were.Steven, on the other hand, at the Shoreline Verizon store was heaven sent. He was VERY patient, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and not only solved my problems but waited on the phone until I tested out each one of the four issues to make sure everything was working. I hope that Verizon recognizes and awards him for the excellent service he provided. He will go far in life with his fantastic people skills. It will be worth your while to travel to the Shoreline Verizon store to get tremendous service and avoid the Redmond Verizon store at all costs.”

“I MUST say. I've been dealing with RAC for atleast 4 years. The customer service there was good, the prices were competitive, but the selection was very limited. They don't offer living room sets w/rugs, and only a $10 charge to add on to the sofa/loveseat per item. I have NEVER had as good an experience with rent to own as I did today with this Aaron's.The salesperson I dealt with (sorry... I think his name was Thomas) was absolutely fantastic. We corresponded over phone and simultaneous text pics.I was able to secure an living room set... the whole set.... without paying anything today! I set up auto pay and am getting the furniture in 2 days, and have my 1st payment set for my next pay period.All if the paperwork was online and with the website, I was able to verify the rental agreement and payment schedule.In the time it wouldve taken to go ALL the way out to Everett, and RAC milking me for so long... I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this entire experience and am happy to switch my needs to the better competitor.”
