Been a dish customer for over 6 yrs and I am unhappy with the fact that channel 7 is not available to watch. When I can’t watch my football it makes me want to change. I pay my bill every month I want all the channels. Get it together dish and get us channel 7 back….. unhappy customer.

I have been a dish customer for a long time but this will be the end every year dish and some channel get in to it and you loose the channel until they are done squabbling this will be year two of no root spots I am done

In the 4 days we subscribed the box went black (or 1309 code) 17 times. Wasn't informed of missing several local channels. The FF/RW functions on the remote are a joke...if you subscribe you'll find out. Cancelled after 4 days and they charged us $480.00. NEVER Again with Dish.

Easily the worst. Dish has an exclusive contract to provide internet and TV to the large property I live at that is full of tech workers and students. Without warning they turned off the connection for 100s of people and expect it to be out for weeks with no ETA for when it will be working or an explanation or apology. DISH needs to have a class action lawsuit filed against them for damages due to breach of contract. Do yourself a favor and choose ANY other provider, even Comcast.

Dish Network steals from customers. We pay them on time every month and in July they reversed a payment from April and told us the bank took back the money after two months. I have proof from the bank that this did not happen. They refuse to listen and advised us to talk to our bank. We did and sure enough, they did not take the money back. Dish lies!! They shut off our service and continue to bill us every month even after we requested them to cancel. Robbery!!!! Time to GET JESSE

Dish network is a scam!They said NBC canceled Dish but in reality Dish canceled NBC. Their lying too!We Dish customers can't watch our Seahawks because of this fraudulent, , scamming, lying Company but are we getting any money off our bill? NO!!!They don't deserve any stars!

We've been loyal customers for years now and have always been satisfied but in the last month, we have lost a major station (CBS) and have received no satisfaction. I called and customer service gave us a lame, one-time only $5.00 credit but I just want my channel back. I'm paying for this station and not receiving what I'm paying for. We are now looking for other viewing options.

I 've been with Dish for at least 5 years! But for the last 2 months, after I pay my bill in Full with autopay. They have gone into my account in the last 2 months to take extra $$, the customer service representative tells me it's a DISCOUNT!! What the hell? Just because the World is in a PANDEMIC. Doesn't give you the right to take extra money from me!! I loss both of my JOB'S!!

Was told I could use the dish anywhere app on my roku tv. After I signed up they are now telling me I can't. I needed it for my wife who has RA. Now I'm locked into a 2 year contract.
