16320 Mill Creek Blvd, Bothell“Came into this location on August 10th at about 9:45 PM. I reeeeeeeeally needed to use the restroom because the Albertsons nearby doesn't keep theirs open at night. The man behind the counter gave me a place to pee and refused my beer sale due to an expired id. This is not a complaint. The kindness he showed me while lawfully and correctly refusing service was something I never see in this industry. I wasn't trying to pull one.over on him, I genuinely didn't know I had let my ID expire. He did the right thing and was extraordinarily kind. Thanks for training your people well.”
“I had a great experience at Safeway with the ladies who helped me cash out my Western Union transfer. They were helpful, efficient, and made the process easy. Highly recommended.”
“Updated - they (pharmacy manager) did work with me on a solution for this problem. I have used this pharmacy for many years, and today had the worst experience. I went to pick up a prescription only to be told that I had already picked it up the same day as another one. No, I did not, I drove home to get my receipt to show them that only one had been dispensed that day. Then, they continued to change the "supposed date" I had picked up the missing one, even going so far as to tell me a date at which I would NOT have been allowed to refill it according to insurance guidelines. There's nothing illicit about this medication, it's just a routine one I need. I have no idea what they did with it, but they did not dispense it to me. Apart from the hassle, I now have to go through to contact my MD and insurance company, the pharmacist and associate were incredibly rude. It is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had anywhere in any type of business.”
“The team behind the Amazon Go stores have done an awesome job making the utopian mini market of the future. Somewhere between a convenience store and a small cafe, they put a lot of thought into everything, and sometimes have some pretty good deals. They took a smart move of stocking a lot of higher end local eats in the bakery and deli. The "just walk out" system is actually thoughtful for those who visit on a regular basis, but it makes me kind of excited to see how Amazon will implement this level of detail in their larger, more Target-esque/Fred-Meyer esque stores when they inevitably come.”
