I just had my first intro class on Friday and I really enjoyed it! Everyone is super nice & makes you feel comfortable. I plan on getting the membership in a few weeks, no complaints about this place!

My wife loves it . Great trainers and a clean outlet. However booking a class is kind of tricky as its always full and she is always waitlisted . Hope they open up more spots across the day and get this issue resolved.Apart from that , its great for your core workout!!

I have started practicing with Club Pilates for over six months. The management of this location is amazing and always responsive. I specially love practicing with Su Rain and Ngoni. There are so many different instructors to choose from so you can always find the style that work best for you! Highly Recommend this location to those who are new to Pilates!

I’ve been coming to Club Pilates for the last three years and it is amazing! It is a great low impact workout for strengthening and flexibility. I really seen a change in my body since starting my Pilates practice.

Mildly difficult to get into classes sometimes, but they just expanded their offerings.Overall, this is a great place to work out with great instructors.

I used to go to this studio pre-pandemic and was looking at getting back into it. I love Pilates! However after looking at the schedule for the next month I found an almost entirely full schedule. Like another reviewer suggested, they must be overselling memberships, which means you'll rarely get in and spend lots of money. Buy a home machine and watch YouTube videos. In several months your reformer will have paid for itself.

Love pilates but not loving the service offered here. Lately, it is getting really hard to book classes in times/days that I need. I asked around, and some people feel the same. I have been a customer since 2021, and the only explanation, in my view, is them selling more memberships than they can actually handle. They need to expand in this area or stop selling memberships!Their app/system, in my opinion, needs an update badly. In many occasions I got off the list the night before (because of course I didn't get in the class) and my credit disappeared, so I had to call next day to have it back, even way before the 12h time window they ask. The 12h cancelation policy for classes just applies to customers. Be aware! If you don't get the confirmation the day before (happens frequently), I suggest you to get off the waiting list ASAP and get in another list. They assume that it's okay to put you in the class, even less than 2h before, and if you don't see their message, you get a "no show".Very disappointing how they work with schedules. I am not even mentioning when the class is fully booked, and then you go and see that there were free spots. I don't understand. Not getting in classes is very annoying because you never know when you are getting in or not and can't plan your week accordingly. I work from 9-6, and I don't feel I have many options to choose from classes during the week, considering my level. I love my instructor, and she is the only reason I stay.Other similar fitness services, like Cyclebar, have way better app and system. You always find classes to book, not waiting lists, even 1 hour before class. Offering more flexibility for people who work and have tight schedules is essential to any business. I have expressed my disappointment to them many times, but it seems like owners are fine with how things are going. Today, I do not recommend Club Pilates Mill Creek.

I fell in love with Pilates and this studio in Mill Creek literally after my first “trial-class.” For starters the staff members were very accommodating and responsive when I needed to rebook the trial-class. When I entered the studio not only did the staff seem particularly happy but so did the club members. There was no pressure to sign up only good information and access to viewing class schedules on the computer that very same day. All of my questions were answered and once I went home to think about it I called a few hours later and signed up! I can’t say enough about Pilates as it is an excellent workout. Trust me you will be sore! By the way….if there is any way we can clone Instructor Ngoni- let’s get on that ! Honestly all of the instructors are truly amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. Sing up NOW! Thanks to Mindy of course! She’s super nice and quick to respond to any concerns or questions!!!

This is now my happy place. I've always wanted to try Pilates but was so nervous and scared. I took the free intro class, loved it and signed up that day. One thing I really appreciate is that it's all ages and body types in your classes. Definitely makes me feel more comfortable. As well as the instructors are compassionate and listen to you.

The instructors are great and the different levels of classes are great as well. However, there are a couple of reasons I will never return to a club Pilates. 1. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy, which is inconvenient when you have a back injury and never know if you will be up to a class when you wake up in the morning. 2. Good luck cancelling your membership if you choose to do so. There is a form you have to fill out, but the form is not on the website or app. They have to email it to you. It took them almost a month after I requested the form and then it didn’t submit for some reason. So 2 months and almost $400 later after requesting to cancel my membership, it was finally done. I can’t afford this and was cancelling because I need to have back surgery, and then decided to go to xcel after my surgery because I can get unlimited Pilates with no cancellation penalty for $80/ month, plus $80/month gym membership. I contacted the owner to resolve this issue and request a refund and was called a liar regarding my reason to cancel my membership, which I don’t need a reason to cancel anyway. She then deleted our text exchanges and blocked me. So, if you want to pay an insane amount of money for Pilates and lose money when something comes up within 24 hours, and risk losing more money when you try to cancel your membership, then you should sign up for club Pilates in Millcreek.

What an amazing club!I started right before Covid and when I resumed after two years, Mindy (general manager) helped me get right back in flawlessly! Very professional and caring.I’ve taken classes with all instructors and all of them are excellent. I strongly recommend this club.
