I had to make the decision to put down my kitty Ernie. Called at noon on a Sunday and they got an appointment for us at 2:30pm. Very sweet and caring person on the phone. We were treated so nicely from every staff member there. Was brought to a special room to spend as much time as we needed. When they took her to get an iv, I asked for purple gauze. She came back with purple gauze with a pink heart on it. They explained everything to us and we didn't feel rushed. When she was gone they took her and put her in a box all wrapped in a blanket like she was sleeping. We just received a card signed by all employees with such caring words. And they took the time to take a stamp of all her paws and her nose. They went above and beyond to make such a hard time comfortable. I would highly recommend this place!!!

First time customer/patient at this Mill Creek office. Couldn't be more satisfied and grateful for the courtesy, knowledge and communication at this facility. Dr. Murphy and the supporting staff were outstanding!Based on our experience, we will be transferring all of our pets to the Mill Creek office. Highly recommended and will tell family and friends to give this place a try.

Easy to make appointments and check in. A bit expensive compared to other vets but they have better availability. Friendly staff. Only issue I had is it took over a week and a call to request copies of fecal report.

I just call and the lady was like well we are full and we try to focus on our stablish clients don't you worry I wouldn't dream of doing business ever with your clinic wow such a horrible customer service you shouldn't say you only care for you regulars

I have been bringing my dogs here for years!!! This location has the nicest, most competent technicians and receptionists! I just wish it wasn't so far from Marysville!! Esp. when the traffic is thick!!! I can not be so complimentary about the staff at other locations in the area. I enjoy having my pets on the wellness plans; it saves me money in the long run and they help remind me to take care of routine health checks!!! Great Vets!!! Just wish there was a Banfield Pet Clinic in Marysville - with great staff!!!

They will always put you on indefinite hold for simple questions over phone and can't call back, what kind of trap is this? I am stocked with pet care annual plan, once my plan ends I am going to change vet. Not sure if all vets are like that, but they just want to charge money even for minor things, not a good experience so far!

I would advise no one to take there pet to the mill creak office, the care I received was minimal to say the least, the vet didn't touch my pet and then tried to diagnose the issue, (from across the room). Had he done his job and did a therow inspection in stead of a jest question and glance visit with my baby the out come might had been different,So I as said above would advise anyone to stay clear of this office and vets that work there, for your pets health wait for a opening at a different office or different vet,

I would not use the office in mill creek. We recently took our dog there and after two failed visits(the vet in house didn't even examine our dog, let alone to a culture or even take her temp, just made an off the cuff MIS DIAGNOSIS, which after the second visit, with also no exam, resulted in us taking our animal elsewhere where they had to amputate in order to relive our dog after weeks of suffering under the care of the attending vet in mill creek. We have generally recieved fairly good care at the banefield in bothell, but unfortunatly, the mill creek office ,and dr Blake Murphy specifically, were a waste of time and money which resulted in much pain and hardship for our animal.

Banfield hospital are Great! I have nothing but praise for the Mill Creek Banfield. I had to put my dog down of 15 years, that's all I will say about that, but the staff are great people and very professional. Thank you, Banfield Hospital

I'm glad I read the comment from Wow. I signed up for the Puppy Early Care Plus. It was very difficult to book an appointment because there was no availability on dates before the pre-enrollment date would expire. Additionally, on the day before our first appointment, my puppy had an accident (either sprained his wrist or broke a bone) but Banfield told me they're not equipped to treat such thing. I'm glad I found this out before our care plan got activated.
