I love Artisan Custom Framing, specifically Mark, he has done all our frames since we moved up to Washington and I won't go to anyone else. Not only is he a masterful framer but he is so great at helping finding the perfect piece for your artwork and we always have the best customer service experience with him. I'm typically one of those individuals who purchases a pre-made frame from one of the big box craft stores. However, when I received a custom oil painting, I knew I would have to look for another option in order to have it preserved correctly. That's when I found Artisan Custom Framing, and I couldn't be happier with the final result of my artwork!The team here at Artisan Custom Framing is amazing! They helped me through the entire process of choosing an appropriate frame and matting for my artwork while working within my budget. They're also very kind and put so much time, effort, and detail into their work. I highly recommend their services for all your custom framing needs. I will definitely be back for future artwork framing needs!

We had some family pieces handed down to us for our new home and they needed some work done to be ready to hang. The folks at Artisan Custom Framing were immediately able to help with my walk in and they are very friendly and helpful. We picked out frames and glass fairly quickly and they were able to find a good fit for my pieces that was within my budget. Turn around time was about three weeks which was expected and worth the wait! We got our pieces back and hung them immediately. We are so in love and happy with how they turned out. I have a few more pieces that will need re-framing and I will also be bringing those here. They did an awesome job!

I recently had an old shadow box completely remade at Artisan Custom Framing. The original shadow box was pretty old and had some really bad memories attached to it, and I wanted to refresh it so that I could continue to preserve my pointe shoes but let go of the negative associations with the box itself. Sara took the time to really listen to what I wanted, while also offering innovative suggestions and her knowledge as an artist to help make decisions when I wasn't really sure about what I wanted to do with some of the details. She not only listened carefully to all of the little things that I said about my desires for the physical piece, but also all of the emotional aspects that were SO important to me. The result is absolutely gorgeous and there are special touches that I could not have gotten anywhere else. Now I proudly display this special piece of my history in a place where everyone can see it, rather than in the dark corner I used to hide the old one in. Every time I see it hanging in my home, it truly fills me with joy. I could not have been happier with the service and results, and will definitely be coming back myself, as well as recommending to anyone who will listen. Thank you Artisan Custom Framing!

Stepped into this place after going to azul restaurant and saw a beautifully romantic picture that reminded me of my husband. Asked the owner if I could take a picture of it. Got an instant response from my husband saying get it. It's your birthday present. So Happy Birthday to me.

Wasted my time coming here. The woman working was helping a man who took over an hour deciding on what he wanted. To be fair, she asked if she could look in their system for a quote I had received. I declined, thinking the customer would soon be deciding. Another 15 minutes passed (already there 30 minutes now) with him still not deciding. I told her I'd come back. I went to eat lunch and did some grocery shopping. I then called to make sure that he finished. Nope, she was still helping him. I will go elsewhere.
