I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with significant water damage in my home, but All New Again turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. From the moment I called, their team was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful.
Prompt Response: They arrived quickly and immediately assessed the damage. Their prompt action undoubtedly minimized the potential for further damage.
Professionalism: The team was courteous and respectful, taking the time to explain each step of the process. They answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the entire restoration.
Expertise: Their expertise was evident in how efficiently they handled the mitigation. They used state-of-the-art equipment to remove the water and dry out the affected areas. They also identified and addressed potential mold issues, ensuring my home was safe and clean.
Quality of Work: The quality of their work was outstanding. They not only removed all damaged materials on both floors, but also took preventive measures to avoid future issues. The attention to detail was impressive.

All New Again was the highlight of my home repair journey, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any future projects. After experiencing a water line break that caused significant mold damage to my home, I felt overwhelmed. Thankfully, All New Again stepped in, and I was fortunate to have Johnny Harris assigned as my contractor. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Before the work began, all my belongings had to be removed from the house. The crew went above and beyond in caring for my home and possessions, treating everything with the utmost respect. They were meticulous, keeping the work areas spotless and taking every precaution to protect my property throughout the repairs. The care they showed made it feel as though they were working in their own home.
Johnny was incredibly responsive—I never had to leave a voicemail. He always answered my calls and patiently addressed every question, no matter how minor. When I needed to stop by the house to pick up a few items, I met the construction crew on site. They were not only respectful but also took the time to explain exactly what they were working on, which I truly appreciated. I have full trust in the work performed.
The photo documentation provided by All New Again was exceptional. They captured every step of the process with detailed photos, making it easy to understand the scope of work. This meticulous documentation greatly simplified my insurance claim, allowing it to be processed quickly and without any issues, saving me both time and stress.

I recently had the pleasure of working with All New Again after finding them through a Google search, and I was immediately impressed by their glowing reviews. I decided to have them inspect my patio at first, which was leaking into the room below, and after seeing their expertise, I engaged them for the job.
From the start, Johnny stood out. He quickly identified all the issues with the patio, providing a level of detail that I hadn’t received from other contractors. He has been thoroughly documenting everything, including detailed pictures, which has been incredibly helpful. I had met with several before him, and while they all offered helpful insights, Johnny was the only one who covered everything comprehensively. His knowledge gave me confidence that All New Again could truly handle the problem.
What I appreciate most about this company is their commitment to doing the job right. They don’t just slap a band-aid on problems; they address the root issues, which is exactly what I was looking for.
The professionalism of the team was also noteworthy. They were punctual, which is unfortunately rare in this industry, and they took extra care to protect my home—covering my floors with ram board and shielding my carpeted areas with plastic.
A big shoutout to Ryan, Noah, Vas, Alex, Ihor, and Vlad for their hard work in disassembling the super heavy stairs from my patio! Their teamwork and dedication truly made a difference.

We had outdoor and indoor water damage from poorly installed gutters that had not been dealt with. I had been reluctant to start a project, fearing a bad experience. I'm so happy that I made the decision to go with All New Again, mainly because of all their good reviews.
Many thanks to Johnny, Ryan, Noah and Alex on remediation. Thank you to Jon for having Amir take over the restoration phase. Amir got the work scheduled quickly and I greatly appreciated his communication through the process. Vasily and Vlad did expert work making both the outside and inside really look all new again. Special thanks to Vasily for going above and beyond in getting our existing door to work perfectly again and to Vlad for tightening loose electrical. Extra attention to detail that meant a lot. We couldn't be more relieved and happy with the results.
All New Again is an apt name for the company and their motto - Start as Strangers, Finish as Friends is certainly true from our experience.

When we found that our refrigerator had been leaking water, we didn't know what to do. Luckily we found All New Again, and they did an outstanding job both remediating the water damage, and performing top-notch work on the ensuing reconstruction effort. Thank you, Jon, Amir and the team to get our home truly back to an "all new again" condition.
On first meeting Jon and his team, they did a great job reassuring and guiding us through the process. Their extensive experience in dealing with water damage, and working with insurance companies proved extremely valuable. Their professional approach and meticulous record keeping, and sound advice made it easy for us to work with our insurance adjusters. The team was at our home the same day we called, and dropped by every day until the mitigation was complete. Because the damage we suffered was quite extensive, our kitchen, living and dining room were all affected, and All New Again did a great job packing away our belongings before the major work started.
After the mitigation, Amir's team stepped in and helped survey the damage, and propose a mitigation plan. Amir has a keen eye for detail, and made every effort to match the original details of our home, including the custom exotic flooring and baseboards. They also worked with me to allow me to choose exactly the replacement materials we wanted for the reconstruction, which included countertops, and backsplash tiling and inserts. Every step of the way, Amir was in contact with me to make sure we knew what was going on, when to expect different parts of the project to complete, and to make sure we were satisfied with the results.
Given the extent of damage and resulting reconstruction, this was a long and difficult process, and I can't imagine any company doing a better job than All New Again did. I wouldn't wish water damage on anyone, but if this happens to you, I wouldn't hesitate to call them right away. Highly Recommended.

John and his team came to our place twice to help us access for mold and water damage. I am not very familiar with these areas and they were very kind and flexible in helping us better understand the situation. John was able to answer all of our questions and walked us through our air quality report as well. He was honest and would tell us how certain treatments that were recommended by other companies were not necessary and may be a waste of money. Overall had a great experience and would recommend!

We had concerns for mold and water damage in our duplex unit and reached out to All New Again for a second opinion. Our previous mold people recommended fogging after we had an air quality test. We were surprised at how quickly they came the same day to help inspect our unit! We forwarded them our air quality results and later met with John for another inspection. Both staff members were very friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. John did a great job breaking down how he analyzes things for potential mold and water damages. We initially thought the bedroom was the source of moisture and mold but he identified that our basement storage may have actually been the source. John provided us with realistic expectations and how to move forward from there. Overall had a great experience with them

My family suffered a severe attic fire early in the year. I was unfamiliar with home insurance claims and was told to find my own contractor by my carrier. I pored over several companies and hundreds of reviews before giving All New Again a call. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back from the CEO himself, Jon, who told me he personally manages all fire projects due to their complexity, and he would be happy to help restore my home.Insurance and contractors all agreed the house would be a gut to studs - a daunting and expensive project that would take around 12 months.We chose All New Again for structural fire and smoke remediation but not for contents cleaning or pack out. At the time of my loss, ANA did not offer their own storage facility and I didn't want to have to source my own storage company while dealing with everything else. That was a mistake. My contents contractor caused headaches and I imagine using ANA for contents as well would've made things smoother in the end.Unfortunately, we ran into trouble with my insurance carrier not wanting to pay the bill for hazardous remediation work. Thankfully ANA provides impeccable documentation with each invoice during remediation, making it very hard for the carrier to actually dispute on any factual grounds. It took longer than we wanted, but I was able to eventually get approval for what I needed to rebuild.If there has one thing that has stood out working with Jon Baer these past several months, it's communication. He is the most effective, thorough, and transparent communicator of any contractor I've ever worked with. A fire loss is scary. Dealing with insurance can be overwhelming. Dealing with a general contractor can be intimidating. Jon has been there to help the whole way to soothe my doubts, and answer any stupid questions I have. If I have concerns or questions about the work he addresses them immediately, and if follow-up with a subcontractor is necessary, he will do so and get back to me in a timely fashion. If I ask him a question he doesn't know the answer to, he finds out and gets back to me. I've been insecure about minor things and asked him to check on them, and he re-confirms details for me without complaint. Their tagline "Start as strangers, finish as friends" isn't for nothing!On the rebuild side of the project, he built up an excellent understanding of the pre-loss condition of my home - materials, finishes, almost every detail - and provided a fixed price bid to rebuild with like kind and quality construction and materials. I was anxious early on about insurance coverage as costs started to add up, but Jon assured me from the beginning that All New Again could take care of me within my available limits - and he stuck to his word.As rebuild began and we started locking down specific choices and materials, Jon was very patient with navigating my stupid questions about "what are my options for new windows, anyway?", or "what are the different types of exterior paints?". As questions have arisen about upgrades and what defines "like kind and quality" for my previous construction, he's dealt with me fairly and honestly and his costs for upgrades have been reasonable.We're in the middle of MEP rough-in now and continuing to navigate the process together. I look forward to continuing to rebuild my home and will update this review once we're done, but so far, working together for several months, there's not much to complain about.

This is worst experience to work with his company. They charged me a few thousands dollars for the the work they never did. They play the number in the bill and cannot be trusted at all. worst contract I met.

We used All New Again for both water remediation and reconstruction. Both teams were very experienced, communicative about next steps and any delays, and did amazing quality work. On the remediation side, Dar did a thorough job and was also thoughtful on how much needed to be removed versus what wasn't necessary. On the reconstruction side, Alex was able to restore everything like nothing happened, even with our specialty paint in one of the rooms. We were extremely impressed with the staff on both sides and the management level teams also helped walk us through the insurance claim process, which went above and beyond what we would expect of any contractor company. While we hope to not need them again for any remediation or reconstruction any time soon, we could not recommend them enough and they are now our go-to for any future challenges or projects.Services: Flooring

Finding & hiring All New Again was the best decision we’ve ever made. If you are looking for a contractor you can trust, ANA is the one. Their interest is truly to help us, people suffering from their loss.We had a water leak from our 3rd floor bathroom, which went down all the way to the crawl space (4 levels) while we were on vacation for a week. We first contacted our insurance company, and they sent us a “preferred contractor”. Turned out that this was the biggest mistake. Long story short, ANA ended up re-doing water remediation work for us because the “preferred contractor” left our house very wet, although they worked on our house for 3 weeks+ and guaranteed that the house was completely dry and ready for reconstruction.When ANA started demo, they found a massive amount of mold, including 2 out of 3 toxic ones from everywhere they opened. Our house is only 5 years old, so mold was caused only by incompetent work done by insurance company’s “preferred contractor”.Despite such an awful situation, working with ANA’s water remediation team had been such a pleasant experience. There’s a world of difference between the insurance company’s preferred contractor and ANA (we shouldn’t even compare…). They were very transparent- notified us of any findings and steps and sent us the detailed report every day after work. All the crews from ANA were very professional, caring, and respectful. We were glad to get to know Jon, Johnny, and Dar and their flawless work. Also, we would like to send a special thank you to their contents’ team (Nora, Olfa, and guys) for their work on packing out our personal items (which was a lot!!) We could see they were treating our items with care and respect.We were lucky that we found ANA. If we hadn’t contacted ANA, we wouldn’t have noticed the mold behind the walls and ceilings and eventually we would have become very sick. Also, dealing with large insurance claim like this has been a nightmare but Jon has helped us navigate through this process and it has been nothing but helpful & educational. We cannot thank you enough to ANA for all their help. We are currently dealing with water restoration and it has been frustrating because of how much damage there was under our floor. The best part of the experience has been All New Again's service. Their communication, support, and documentation has been very appreciated. We never want to go through a project like this again but if we do we will definitely go through All New Again. From Jon, Johnny, and Dar with the remediation process to Gary and Katelynn with payment and support and soon to be Amir with our reconstruction. This is a very professional crew and the type of people you want on your side when navigating insurance. Thank you all for being with us through this process!

Update:5 years later,ANA did it again! I’d add 5 more stars if I could. We had family have a sewer pipe break and the team took care of things beautifully. Of course you don’t want to have to deal with these things, but if they happen and you need professionals to help you, please call All New Again.
