We rolled in late and discovered that the border crossing was closed. Maisel called the one restaurant and told them to stay open for us then called the motel to make a reservation. Charming small town hospitality.

I love me some Longhorn German sausage. You can get those here, hit the condiment bar and head out for some of the best fishing in North America on The Pend Oreille River. Check out their bait and tackle.

Has almost anything a 12 year old could need. Perfect for a quick snack stop on a road trip. It doesn't have a bathroom, but it has candy, chips, soda, energy drinks, and snacks.
