WARNING: DO NOT CHOOSE Wells Fargo for business account needs. WF failed to set up my account properly 4+yrs ago so they ask just asked me 4+ yrs later to fill out a missing beneficiary form. I did so at the branch as soon as received the one and only letter in the mail (did not even receive a phone call warning). The branch staff was friendly but "loss prevention" aka the virtual customer service teams still could not lift the hold on our account after spending hours trying to reach the proper dept via WF CS lines to find someone to fix the issue. Only to have them still close my business accounts without proper communication back to me, leaving us in a lurch, forcing us to open a new business account elsewhere to ensure our business transactions are uninterrupted, because they no longer want my businesses due to a paperwork mistake created by themselves! I am spending days of work to set up all new accounts elsewhere and redo all our ACH bill payments. Even the branch associates complain of getting proper help for their customers due to lack of system processes and escalations. I have never experienced such disregard, lack of ethics, and disrespect to customers from a bank. Avoid WF at all costs!!! No stars but this forces me to select a star!

Really bad branch compared to any other Bellevue area local branch. Bad experience and the banker here tend to communicate with client through social media app instead of official email to avoid any official record which exposed a huge security issue. Banker not responsible to what they stated, they just tried to ask client to transfer their asset to the bank with decorated words, after the transition is done they just don't offer a glance anymore. The banker tried to block client to receive any bonus that client should obtained(HongYing.Chan). I just felt a strong bureaucracy in this branch from bank manager to VP, they protect each other, tried to beauty their words and action that made client feel uncomfortable, as well as try to hide any mistakes they made to client after client try filling complaint, hope the comment here will raise alert from upper level, otherwise the branch reputation will be ruined very soon. The banker kind of warning me shouldn’t create two accounts between me and my husband, they tried to control me create joint account although I am not willing. The banker also fraud the information of checking account creation bonus to avoid the customer consume any benefit that they already qualified(HongYing.Chan). They just try to “force” you transfer your assets with all the possible way. Not decent, not polite, attitude stand-offish all the time, as well as avoiding responsibility after I discovered I lost $5000 USD bonus that I already qualified for a long time(HongYing.Chan). Bad exp and ugly execution will never store penny in here later.

Very poor customer service. Or at least when you can get someone to help you. The Mercer Island branch and Interbay branch don't seem to have any bankers around. Why go in if all they can do is what I can do at an ATM or online. Customer service via phone is not so good either. Rates of return are low and there are fees on checking accounts. I'd look elsewhere if I were just opening an account.

I scheduled an appointment to open accounts for my children and arrived on time. After waiting for 45 minutes, I told a banker that I scheduled an appointment at 2:00, and she said “the banker is with another customer, would I like to reschedule?” I said I’d really like to do this today, and she said, “well that’s your decision sir” and walked off. I waited a few more minutes and walked out. Terrible customer service.

The indifferent customer service at the Mercer Island branch is disappointing. I've been banking here for years and thought it would be easy enough to have WF notarize a document I needed to send off. Tried calling several times to make an appointment. No one answers the phone. Tried online with no success, so decided to drive there in person to set up an appointment. The teller I approached quickly said she didn't handle that and passed me over to the woman standing next to her who was busy with some paperwork. She never looked up and kept going through her pile. Not a word as to when she could help and when I finally said maybe I should leave and have another place do it, she said-- OK. And that was that. If you're expecting any sort of customer service here, better look elsewhere.

They've changed their hours to 9 to noon on a Saturday. Little pieces of paper are stuck on the doors. This makes this branch kinda useless if you have regular hours.

They charged me $10 for each cashiers check that I needed urgently and wouldn’t wave the fees. Considering the money and credit cards we have with them this is totally ridiculous. We are pulling out of WF.

This is one of those "get off my lawn" reviews. I have been banking at this branch for many many many years. It's always been super convenient and the staff was very friendly. They usually go out of their way to help. Recently however due to Covid, the usual level of customer service and helpfulness that I have grown to enjoy, has evaporated. Requiring an appointment is ridiculous. Under normal circumstances having an appointment would be super helpful. But there are those times that you need something done immediately. Unfortunately the appointment system doesn't allow for that. Three times I have I needed to get something done immediately, but have been unable to find an appointment on the day that I need to get something done. On one recent visit I wanted to open a joint account only to be told that I cannot do this without the second party present in person. I asked if there was anyway I could do any of this online and I was told no. Emphatically no. I have only recently found that I could do what I was looking to do online. So this misinformed personal banker who is there for my convenience only, inconvenienced me.Further, on the three occasions that I have tried to get an appointment on the days that I needed - upon being told "no they don't have time available " every single personal banker had nobody sitting in front of them. I'm super frustrated at this point.Wells Fargo and the branch management really need to figure out a better system because the current one is not working.

Wells Fargo Dealership for auto loans removed the online site and asked it's customers to now use Wells Fargo.com. I did as the letter instructed with a "successful" response. I went to use it and it wouldn't work. I did it for a second time with a "successful" result. I went to pay my auto loan and it would not work. Calling this bank is a nightmare. I made an appointment to go in and met with Frank. I explained my dilemma six times and he didn't listen whatsoever. After each time I spoke, he asked "what can I do for you today"? We used to do all our banking with Wells Fargo and then we switched. We are grateful for the auto loan but if I had a choice, I will never use them again.

I’ve never dealt with such a friendly staff! Tami the manger went out of her way to help me today, and spend over a solid hour figuring every way she could credit back fees, clear checks with holds. This is the first review I have ever written, I don’t take time out of my day to ever do this, but I figured I needed to pay it forward. The most helpful bank ever!!! If you don’t have an account here, you need to!
