Don’t send the package here if you don’t want to lose it like me. I still don’t know where my package is until now. They haven’t been responsible for their work. I lost my package and wasted my time here. The results I got were nothing.

We made an appointment to get our baby a passport here almost a month ago. During an extremely busy week we managed to get all of our documentation together. Then, the morning of our appointment we received a phone call that it was cancelled. Both my husband and I had to take off work and forego childcare in order to make this appointment in the middle of a workday. The least they could have done was call us a day in advance.

Would’ve liked an easier way to lodge a complaint on the USPS website, but here we are… I have a very important document that was supposed to be sent to me from Italy. The letter took over a month to arrive at my local post office and was very expensive for me to ship, considering that it was international. When I get back from a vacation, I find a slip on my door stating that the post office failed to deliver the letter because there was no one there to sign for it. Mind you, the notice stated that it was the FIRST ATTEMPT at delivering the letter. There were no additional notices, no final notice— only ONE attempt was made to deliver the document. So I go to the post office under the impression that I can pick the letter up in person, because that’s what the instructions on the back of the notice said to do. Now imagine my surprise, after waiting in a 45 minute line to talk with the one single person working, that i’m told that because the mail service wasn’t able to deliver the letter they just went ahead and returned to sender. They sent my letter back to Italy. With no warning. And after only one attempt to deliver it. How does that make sense? Now I have contact the office in Italy to beg for them to resend me the document, wait another month for it to arrive, and I guess PRAY that USPS decides to deliver it this time? The post office is a government service— there’s literally no excuse for it to be so disorganized it’s borderline unethical.

I know it is not easy to work for the Postal Service but experienced very poor customer service. Very frustrating.

Perennially understaffed since DeJoy took over. Lines up to 45 minutes on weekends and only one person at the counter

First time visiting this place. Joshua helped us, and came off very passive aggressive when asking us questions. No warmth to his tone.

they lost both me and my brother’s first class mail from the government… and lied to us that they have returned to the sender because the mail was on hold and no one picked it up, and they just told us to contact the government to resend the mail, acting like i have joe biden’s number or something… but the truth is, no one in our family requested to hold the mail, they simply lost our mail and lied to us that they didn’t. the mail was sent out on Dec 15 2023, we received the mail noted mailed to the wrong address in Feb 2024…disappointed to see the lack of responsibility in this office, bunch of liars. Worst mail experience ever. Caused a tons of trouble.

Don't blame the workers, blame the government for not hiring enough and competent people. I do give credit for a couple of employees there at the window however. They are competent and genuinely want to help people.

Using a government office can by trying... but Tyron called me after 6 PM from his own cellphone to help me. Said he wanted to treat me "like family." Solved my problem through speaking and texting. Only gave it 4 stars because you can't get through on the phone directly to the post office. Need to go through the 800 number and have them call you back. Thanks, Tyron!!!

Joshua was AMAZING!!! He got me in when I didn’t have an appointment. I so appreciate that! I didn’t know anything about a passport renewal; I didn’t even know you needed a check which I didn’t have. He helped me with a money order and he was so patient. Give that man a raise!!!

The passport application process here is incredibly frustrating. Despite the online USPS website stating they accept walk-ins until 2:45 pm, I waited for 40 minutes only to be informed that walk-ins are not accepted today. It's disappointing how little they value others' time.

Here for passport services, it was quick and easy. Joshua did a great job!Make sure you have everything ready at your end, the document and a copy if you need one. Including photo it will take less than 15mins for the overall process.

Worst place to have the passport done. The appointment system is broken. I made an appointment at 12:45pm, and arrived at 12:30pm. Not until 1pm, got someone spoke to me. “You need to bring your wife. “ Well, if you could tell me earlier, that I can ask my wife here and save us time. They just don’t want to waste their few seconds to save us few hours.

Great staff, they are hard working and they are doing their best but this location is always busy and very understaffed! I would give 5 stars to staff, and 0 stars if I could to USPS for keeping this location and many others understaffed and not doing anything about this problem.
