I know it is not easy to work for the Postal Service but experienced very poor customer service. Very frustrating.

Perennially understaffed since DeJoy took over. Lines up to 45 minutes on weekends and only one person at the counter

Joshua was AMAZING!!! He got me in when I didn’t have an appointment. I so appreciate that! I didn’t know anything about a passport renewal; I didn’t even know you needed a check which I didn’t have. He helped me with a money order and he was so patient. Give that man a raise!!!
