I walked into the store to make multiple return, mainly Amazon and then to ship something to a family member and I left without shipping anything. The associate taking care of me was a younger girl who was attempting to be helpful but ended up guiding me to cancel an Amazon return in attempts to be able to ship it from her store (originally assigned for a whole foods drop off) & it ended up being that my return window had closed so I lost the money on that item and I was genuinely so upset she didn’t bother apologizing when I realized this just said “oh”. I had to just walk out the store with all my items & driving to the Factoria location to complete my other returns & my shipment. Honestly more disappointed in the lack of empathy for this associate after she just guided me into losing money.

Disappointing service by the employees. At the time of my visit most customers, including myself struggled through the process of printing and the people that work there couldn't care less. They weren't friendly nor properly skilled, so we had issues to get our thoughts across.Instead of providing service, they called someone up and talked for long so they made me wait. It didn't end there, for whatever reason, scanning 2 pages took more than 25 mins. I was also charged for printing copies that weren't mine, but again, they couldn't care less

Very disappointed in this store. They made my son spend $12 for packing tape to make a return on Amazon. Just to tape up the top of the box. They are a UPS store and it was being shipped by UPS. If you want to charge something, then how about a $ 3 or $4 fee to tape???

The woman there REALLY put out that my package required some tape. I'm sorry, I thought UPS was in the SHIPPING BUSINESS. She had to explain it wasn't a service they provide. 8" of packing tape from a handy gun under the counter to close the flaps of my box I brought in. Too much to ask. She seemed EXHAUSTED that she had to explain this. I guess that much clear plastic adhesive tape really cuts into the bottom line, and the 2 seconds of labor is way too much to ask. I brought in a shipping label I printed out on regular paper, thank heavens the other woman there was willing to adhere that to the package without problem. I should probably give her 5 stars, she's a peach. Don't expect a smile or friendly vibe, they have the leverage and are NOT interested in helping a customer- you are a nuisance to them.

I ❤️love❤️ this UPS store. It is close to my home, and is open seven days a week, conveniently early most days.I find the staff to be efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and kind.? Thank you for being there Mercer Island, UPS store.

I had the time wrong and came just as they were closing but the manager was kind enough to take my package and had a very friendly demeanor. The small things really make a difference! Much appreciated, definitely recommend this store!

I neede a large vinyl banner on short notice. Prem took charge personally. The first run misfired at the printing plant. Prem went way out of his way to get the corrected copy to me in time for our trip back East where the banner was to be used. We appreciate deeply his commitment to providing great service.

Had a horrible experience today. The lady who was serving people around 11-12 was not friendly. She just pointed that I needed to service myself on another computer to print my label and wanted me to buy tape for my labels. Lucky there was a kind customer who had tape in her car and helped me. Also another young staff member ended up coming to help me with the not clear instructions about printing labels. I have had to print labels at other UPS stores before and they did everything for me. I just paid for the printing. I didn’t enjoy this experience and it nothing like the other stores I’ve been to.

Have had really great experience at the UPS mercer island store. I had put in a huge order for printing which had to be done within a very tight deadline. The staff was really helpful to answer my queries and quickly acted upon it to make sure I get them in time while ensuring the quality.

Have had the absolute best experience at this UPS!! Super helpful and friendly service, things are done in a timely manner, and have never had any issues with my drop offs or pick ups! Highly recommend this UPS!!

Went in to return an Amazon package (which I’ve done at other locations before.) The woman behind the counter was rude and unwilling to help with the return. She made every step tedious and difficult. She even tried to charge me for the free return. I wouldn’t use this ups location if at all possible. Save yourself the headache.
