BEWARE - Printing & Scanning - TOTAL RIPOFF
They charge $3 a minute to log into the computer and access your email, then $.30 a page to print a black and white page, then they want $3 a page to scan it back to yourself. So for example, if you had a 5 page contract that needed to be print, signed on the last page, and scanned back to yourself so you can email it, you are looking at about $35-$40 depending on how fast you can log into your email from an outside computer at their location. It has never been this expensive anywhere... what a ripoff for something so extremely basic

One of the employees spoke to me in an incredibly rude manner because I did not tape my box (which has never been an issue for me elsewhere). I am a petite woman and I guarantee that he wouldn’t have spoken to me in that way if I was a man. Very disrespectful and disappointing. I will never return to this location.

Amazing team and great service each time I have been there. I was there yesterday for notarizing a document and Prem was super helpful as always. The team is so amazing and I have been visiting them from 3 years. They are warm, welcoming and quick in helping with all my questions.

Went in to return an Amazon package. Had a taped box inside an open box. Apparently it’s policy for Amazon returns to be taped which mine wasn’t but would have taken all of 2 seconds to do. Asked if this time they could tape for me. Representative acted annoyed the entire transaction and didn’t say word to me when the transaction had finished so I ended up grabbing the box and bringing it to a table cause I thought I would have to tape myself. Then the representative annoyingly stared at me and a customer had to say to me that she was going to tape it for me. Not a way to run a business

There's just too much lackadaisical work going on here. The line barely moves. There are 2 horrible times to go to this UPS Store. 1 if you're the only 1 in line and 2 at lunch time when it's busy.
Here's why:
1. When you're the last or only 1 in line, they'll make you stand there while they walk to the back, chat a min, etc. It's very annoying. There's no, hi I'll be right with you and little effort to take care of your package in a timely manner. Mine are always pre-paid and take seconds. I'm not sure why there's rudeness to the customers.
2. This one is the worst! They ALWAYS let at least 1 person go to lunch right at noon. This one makes absolutely no sense. It's your busiest time of the day and you don't have your full staff working the front? I've worked jobs that are similarly busy at lunch. You take your lunch break before or after the 12-1 rush, not during it to miss all of the work. That makes for a very poor customer experience. We can see what's happening. Especially when they come out and laugh to their co-workers that they are going to lunch with a line out of the door! I feel like the employees are trying to make people mad so they go some place else (they won't be as busy and won't have to work as hard).
If you're the owner, you should really consider sending in a mystery shopper to let you know what's going on in this place. It's horrible.

I would avoid this UPS store. They want to charge $3 to print a UPS label. Self service printer is out of service - likely to just charge you extra… they want to charge $14 for a standard box and then a packing fee? Not sure this adds up.

The UPS store on Mercer Island, WA offers excellent customer service. Prem, Guru and Bhavi make a great team and are extremely efficient !

This is a fabulous UPS store - the staff are always so super friendly and helpful. I will go here any day over the USPS on Island. I have used multiple different services here and never found the staff to be gracious.
