Awesome mechanic that has been working atbthis same garage for 26 yrs. You can have confidence when you drop your car off that it will receive the best care possible. Unfortunately this garage suffers from the service that people are given on the gas station side.

May be the only station on the island. It was easy to find, easy in, easy out. The owner? mechanic? or clerk, probably all of them, was friendly and helpful. Handled the credit card problem easily. Made for an enjoyable day.

Employees are kind and experienced with working on many different types of vehicles. Definitely a shop to visit in the future if I need further repairs.

Cheapest gas on Mercer Island. Rudest staff anywhere. After watching the employee abusing the trunk lid of a Mercedes, I'd never consider taking my car there for even the most basic services.Update:If Shell takes this so seriously, why would they send a link to a non-existent feedback form?I've used Shell gas and oil products for decades. I likely will not in the future.

I had to give five starts because of the lady that couldn’t figure out how to use a pump gave them one star… ??? let’s not blame others for your stupidity and I side with the cashier I’d laugh to.

Yesterday I stopped by the Shell station to add some air to one of my tires. AJ was more that happy to help me and offered to check all four tires. He also took the time to check for any leaks. He was very helpful and kind. I appreciate this kind of detailed service especially when it is done with kindness. Thank you AJ!
