“John was excellent. Quoted me fair prices gave me the ETA receipt and even had a good conversation. Excellent employee will be back if I ever need to ship something or request service through USPS.”
“I’ve been to this post office a handful of times and I’m always blown away by the friendly, helpful customer service, especially from Sirach. I actually like when I have to come to the post office since I’ve started coming here, knowing the vibes will be superb.”

909 1st Ave Ste 100, Seattle“This is one of the best post offices I have ever been to, 100% because the one postal worker here (super friendly man with a white beard) is incredibly helpful. I came here to post invites and he helped me optimize the postage and explain the process of non-machinable letters. I walked extra to come to this location (although I had also a good experience at the Lower Queen Anne location too).”
“There was an issue with my appointment getting scheduled for a passport. Dino managed to squeeze me in as his shift was ending and saved me a return trip. Thanks Dino”
“I have used this location basically from the moment they open years ago. I had nothing but good experiences even though they are dealing with shortage in staff, long lines and rude customers. I have witnessed people yelling at the workers for the most unreasonable things. Everyone there is doing their best and I had received great customer service, constant good communication and willingness to help!”
“Staff and services at this post office are awesome.Mr. Lee helped me with a complicated international mail delivery that required a self-registered exp…….. etc etc. He patiently explained the process and helped me choose the best option.Thank you Mr. Lee and Team!”

217 1st Ave S, Seattle“Miele? Mele? I’m not positive on the spelling of the postal clerk that holds it down at the Pioneer Square USPS location, but she’s solid GOLD! That location can be sketchy at times to navigate, but I go here because I love interacting with her! She’s SO friendly, upbeat, personable, helpful and inviting. She brings a little bit of home into her space and makes her customers feel like family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Such a smart hire!* Note: This is a small location with one person working. They close for lunch break from 2-3:15”
“I'm surprised I'm going to say this but this is my favorite USPS location. They are always really nice and helpful. Luckily I live close and will be sad when I move, I have been to other locations while running errands and this is by far the best. This includes the ones I visited when I lived in GA.”

816 Evergreen Point Rd, Medina“This was my first time using the service here. I was aware of the previous reviews and didn’t want to expect much. Unexpectedly, I was so impressed with the whole experience. The building was so charming from the outside, many parking spots, clean and tidy from the inside. The clerk, no. 3, the gentleman who was very friendly, kind and helpful. Since it’s getting close to Christmas, he made sure I’m aware when the packages would be arriving at the destinations. I couldn’t ask for the better service. I brought my 2 kids with me. I believe it will be their first memorable experience of the post office and they won’t feel intimidate to go to use the services in the future.”

Edit: I got a notification that they completed delivery 1 week later. Thank you for making this right.”

212 Broadway E, Seattle“I use this post office quite often and the service is friendly and reliable. It does get quite busy during peak hours, but that’s to be expected. During off hours times, you can be in and out super quickly. The staff is great.”
9AM - 2PM 3 - 5PM
1001 4th Ave Ste 25, Seattle“The clerk was very kind and resourceful. I am not really used to mailing forms and paying by money order, but she took the time to explain how it all works all the while she was busy with some training at the back of the counter.
I'll be coming back today for more paper work!”
8:30AM - 6PM
1329 N 47th St, Seattle“I've gone to this post office three times in the past two months. And every time someone has been so helpful with selecting the correct packaging or finding packages. I used to dread going to the post office, but this has been a pleasant and quick service every time! This post office should be the gold standard for the rest of them.”
8:30AM - 5:30PM
609 SW 150th St, Burien“Very friendly and helpful staff! I drop off lots of packages a week and they have never been delayed. Thank you all! (Many of these bad reviews are just blaming the nice folks here for things totally out of their control.)”
“I’ve stood in line here. The amount of customers who act entitled is staggering. They wait in line for tens of minutes and have no clue what service they want. These people are clueless and then have the gall to hold everyone else hostage to their ignorant nonsense”
“These folks here have helped me multiple times and are great at the service they provide. The reviews do not show how hard they work and how much they deal with each day. They may not be the warmest face but the service is great and they're nice.”
8:30AM - 5:30PM
2420 4th Ave S, Seattle“I had a bad experience trying to get my fingerprints scanned at another USPS so I decided to try this location. James was super patient, explained everything clearly, and we were able to get the scans. Thank you James!”
8:30AM - 5:30PM
301 Union St, Seattle“A gentleman from this branch helped me with a money order. It was my first time, and the concept of money orders was very new to me. He explained how it works, and we tried my international card, but it didn't work. The officer explained that I needed to use a US card or cash. Later that day, I brought cash, and successfully requested the money order.”
“Both times I’ve visited this USPS location the same two women have been working at the desk. Both times, they have not only been extremely competent and efficient completely the needs I came to the post office for, but they’ve also been incredibly knowledgeable, providing advice and assistance above and beyond and helping me make smarter, more affordable and secure choices. They were both incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and all around fantastic. I don’t think I’m going to go to any other USPS again, I just want to go to this one!”
“Community mailboxes are broken/stolen recently so had to pick up my mails here. It was a fast service (took less than 5min) Saturday morning and no complaint at all!”

“Visited to apply for passport. Everything went well.
For infant's parents who are planning to get your passport photographs at USPS I recommend to get a white cloth to use as a backdrop.”
“I'm certain I bought stamps from this so called rude Asian lady. She's normal and was pleasant to deal with imo. She's kurt, to the point and likely her way of doing things is perceived as rude. I was happy with my experience today.”
8:30AM - 5:30PM
721 4th Ave., Kirkland“Seth was a wonderful supervisor to deal with when I needed a phone number and some help reviewing a claim. Thanks Seth, unlike his fellow supervisor the day before he was actually helpful, patient and understanding.”
“6/16/ 2024 After years of misdeliveries, there are 2 new managers that seemed to have turned it around. Great work, Peter!
4/5/2021 This place still sucks! Went to ship a package. Told her I want the cheapest stamp for a small package. She sells me a stamp and says the closest address she can find has a PL and not ST. This is different from what I have on my package. I am thinking that she is going to print out a sticker with the corrected address. She doesn't. Sticks the stamp on the package, doesn't correct my bad address and it comes back to me with a bad address. POOR customer service. I paid $7.00 to get the package returned with a bad address. This place should be ashamed of themselves. I never expect anything good from this post office. It's only gotten worse over the years. I should mention I was the only one in line, so it's not like she didn't have time to help me. Whatever lady.
6-2015 1 year later and this is still the worst location I've dealt with. When shippers say "usps", I pray that I will get my package, and even God can't help them. WORST facility ever! Delivery guy says he came when I was sitting in the living room at 1:26pm. This guy must be one hell of a shy postman not to ring the doorbell. Opened the door and I see an orange card. Asked for re-delivery for the next day (using online request form) and it doesn't even get put on the truck. Perhaps lightening can strike this location. Someone please help!!
I constantly get mail intended for my neighbors several streets down and I lose mail constantly. At first, we all sorted our mail and re-delivered them but after doing it so many times, I've noticed they've stopped bringing over my mail and I've stopped bringing theirs. Complaining to management gets an apology and a "this guy's been on this route for a really long time". Who cares? If I'm not getting my mail and my neighbor is not getting theirs, we've got a problem. Currently I am missing a box of checks. This is probably the worst mail facility I have experienced and I've lived in many places.”
“Using a government office can by trying... but Tyron called me after 6 PM from his own cellphone to help me. Said he wanted to treat me "like family." Solved my problem through speaking and texting. Only gave it 4 stars because you can't get through on the phone directly to the post office. Need to go through the 800 number and have them call you back. Thanks, Tyron!!!”
