“I give other All The Best Pet Care locations 5 stars. This one is odd at times. Staff attitude varies, even within the same person, depending on the day. They don't carry all the variety of other locations, explaining that those options are popular on the island.”
“Super friendly staff and better prices than the chain stores. They have a great Wonder Walker trade-in program for growing pups and will even repair Wonder Walkers(with a loaner!) for pups who can't keep their teeth off them.”
“We are new to the neighbourhood and we just got a new dog and this place is walking distance so it really is convenient for us in the Highland Park area. We love the service and the selection on offer. We bought multiple items from the store, including: -- food for our dog [ they have a loyalty programs so you get the 10th bag of food free]. Also they have a wide selection of chew toys/dried raw hide items, & other accessories, including raincoats / outerwear / leashes / harnesses etc -- We bought the dog's beds there !The owner is super nice, super friendly, ... our dog really responds very well to him, to the store ... we love our visits/ experience there, each time.”

“My go-to pet store in Seattle. The selection for cats is spot on! My kittens love natural pet pantry for raw and ziwi for canned, both of which are hard to find. They give you sample treats with each purchase, which is always a plus. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly! Return policy is flexible. You don't need to bring a receipt as long as you have a number registered with them. Doesn't cost any money to register either. They have their own parking lot with lots of available space.”

“I’ve been coming to this store since I first got my pup, she’s now 4!! Taylor was one of the first people to educate me on her needs and spent so much 1on1 time with me fitting her harness, we’ve bought 4 ruffwear harnesses because of him now!! Lynn is also nothing short of wonderful, she remembers my pups name always, and recognizes me by voice. She’s outstanding, offers so much wisdoms without judgement. The store is lucky to have her! I will keep coming back solely for these two. Little expensive but they always have ranges! they have the best return policies and everything there is quality stuff<3 can’t say more amazing things about Lynn + Taylor plus the whole store! ???”
“Great staff at this place. We recently moved and this store happened to be one of the few places that has 6 pound stella and chewy raw beef bags.Overall very kind staff, very responsive and helpful.Additionally, their special order is the fastest i have seen. Everywhere it’s one week but this place got my special order for 2 days”

“It's convenient to my house and primarily purchase treats there 4-6 time per month. It's pretty transactional. I prefer the staff interaction and experience at Mud Bay, they are just not as convenient.”

They have a frequent buyer program for Sustainably Yours cat litter, which is the very best in terms of odor control, clumping, dust, and limited tracking. “Very kind and helpful! I came in today feeling very stressed after accidentally quicking my cat’s nail. They had exactly what I needed and told me what to do to help my kitty. They also sent me home with little treats and a toy. Above and beyond sweet!I’m happy to report my cat George is doing great. I think the whole thing hurt me more than it hurt him. He’s now happily playing with the little yellow mouse from his goody bag. I’ll definitely be back soon! ?”
“A lot of specialty food brands for dogs here. I mostly go for the bully sticks that they sell per piece in their bulk treat section (along with various other single ingredient treat options - great selection).They have a reward program if you buy regularly. Alternatively they partner with Amazon and you can get stuff delivered for a reasonable delivery fees.They keep a pumpkin treat for all dogs that visit the store.”
