They made the conscious choice to move into a smaller space, forcing them to get rid of ALL small animal products. Cats and dogs strickly now. What a dumb choice, not only do you screw over the populous on the island but you loose buisness and honestly i hope you go out of buisness.

WOW! I absolutely love the team at Mud Bay! I have to say they are always so nice when my dog and I come in. I was having an absolutely horrible day and the way they treated not only me but my dog when I came in, changed my day and ended my night on a very high note. Thank you Mud Bay Team!!!

Haven't been to Mud Bay in a long time, but decided to go today because we need some particular food...easily digestible but tasty food for our dog who is terminally ill and very selective with eating certain food right now. So glad we popped into this Mercer island location! All of the staff were super helpful in picking out food and making suggestions for us! They were so sweet and helped with lots of samples too so that we can get her a variety of healthy options to try and hopefully enjoy to keep her strength up. Thank you all very much, we will definitely be back!

Love buying food and toys for my cat here! They have signs that help you with picking toys based on what your cat likes to hunt - it’s not super accurate but it’s pretty darn close! The people who work here are also super nice and helpful - so I’m a little shocked by the past reviews!

The service wasn't necessarily bad. It was non-existent. Unlike every other Mud Bay I've visited, this one gave off a very cold vibe.*** edit ***I found out that an employee did eventually acknowledge our group and offer assistance. Still, the overall atmosphere was much less welcoming than other Mud Bay stores.

Store workers are always friendly and helpful. You can always return items if you're pet doesn't like the product.
