Mercy Vet has changed our lives from the perspective of having endless trust and reliance on a veterinary clinic. Our Bernese Mountain Dog sees Dr. Jackie, who is an absolute gem of a human, and we trust her with our pup’s life!! She has provided us constant support and advice, and we always have complete faith in what she recommends we do to help our pup! Highly recommend going to Mercy Vet to take care of your beloved fur baby/babies!!

I dropped by today with my dog because I believe he has an eye infection and seems to be sick. I simply went in to see if they had anytime today to squeeze him in potentially. As soon as I walked in both the older women at reception looked at me then back down at their desk, I smiled at them and said Hello. Both of them ignored me and kept looking anywhere but at me. I then just stood there waiting for one of them to even speak to me or give me eye contact. One of them finally addressed me and asked if I was a client. I said no, and she said sorry we aren’t taking any new clients.
Just on this interaction alone I would not take any of my dogs here. Quite unfortunate I was treated so rudely. Hopefully they can get some better training in customer service skills.

The lack of communication was concerning when we took our Golden to Mercy and found out he had cancer. When we took our Golden to Mercy and learned he had cancer, I expected the staff to provide accurate information and be more professional in delivering such bad news.

I have been going to Mercy vet for years however the last few years, as my dog has aged, I've found it challenging to get good care here, and Dr. Jacki seems impatient and abrupt.

Mercy Vet provided phenomenal care from puppyhood through end of life. Dr Jackie Sehn and her team are the best. I appreciate the holistic approach vs just prescribing medications. You know you have found a safe place for your dogs when they can't wait to say hi to Dr Jackie when we get there :)

Everyone that works at Mercy Vet are so nice and caring. Even though my dog is always scared of the vet, I know he is in good hands with them. We are lucky to have them here on the island!
